Service with a Smile!!!! I had several watches that needed battery replacement. I wasnt sure if Minor Jewelry would do that type of work. But I went ahead and took all of the watches in and they took them right then and there and offered to replace all the batteries and put them back together for me. They completed the task within minutes for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to do more shopping. They have a great selection of jewelry and watches!

I had a great experience at Minor Jewelry! Jesse helped me find the perfect earrings for my wife for mothers day that fit my price range. We found the stones I wanted, but they were in a yellow gold setting. He quickly reset them in white gold which better matched my wifes taste. I had Minor Jewelry repair a watch that was incredibly important and sentimental to me. I had taken it to other jewelers and they were unable to repair it effectively. Not only was Minor Jewelry able to repair my watch, they did it at no charge. Now that is customer service you dont find very much these days. My watch still runs great! They had great pricing and even offered to bring the price down to accommodate my situation.
