Well i seen a add on facebook on a Sunday. We just moved to Arizona 1 month before. So i was surprised to see the place was opened on Sunday. I contacted the girl and she told me to come right in. I read her add. We was supposed to get 500.00 in cash either they pay my first car payment or my first months insurance paid. And a free dinner on them. As long as you make an appointment before coming in. Which we did all of the above. We got there the girl i had talked to was there she set us down with another salesperson and told us she would be back before we left. We made a deal and the girl never showed back up. So on Monday i talked to the owner i showed him the facebook messages and i told that the girl never came back so she could give us the deal she mentioned. He kind of pushed us off and i never seen him again. After we bought the car i kind of felt like i was important anymore. Plus the inside if the car smelled like a dirty dog. We brought it to the salesmans attention and they told us that it would be fully cleaned before we took the car off of the lot. The kid brought it back to us and the car is blue and my car now was majorly spotted in white and the rest had white powder like stuff on it. The windows where nasty you could hardly see out of the front window. Needless to say we seen a chip in the windshield while test driving the car. Chance the salesman gauranteed us that windshield would be replaced. We took it in on tuesday to have the windshield be taken care of. So we dropped it off. Like 4 hours later i called Chance to see if pur car was done and he told me they had just finished up on our windshield. When we got there to pick up our car the windshield wasnt even touched. Needless to say there is alot more that happened but i think you got the jif of this nasty place. I would never go back or recommend the place to anyone. When the owner wont make things right it tells what kind of place it is.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our experience at Avondale Mitsubishi. Our experience during our initial visit, was a primary reason we felt a sense of trust, and decided to return the next day to purchase the specific car we researched - Im beyond obsessive about doing research. After seeing the car during our first visit to Avondale Mitsubishi -- my wife and I still needed/wanted time, away from the car lot, to review options. As a 62-year old, whos bought a few cars over the years, I was prepared for the “what will it take to get you to buy this car today” speech. We were surprised when that pressure never materialized. In fact, Anthonys (sales manager) response was just the opposite, understanding and encouraging us to think about it. We didnt have much time -- my wifes car was totaled by an 18-year old accelerating thru a red light -- but were determined not to rush a decision wed regret. After reviewing other options from our extensive online/onsite search, we decided the vehicle at Avondale Mitsubishi (2015 Toyota, Camry) was the best deal. Our interactions with all staff (sales / finance / receptionist, etc.) were very pleasant from the time we walked in the door to the time we drove away in our new car. I am surprised in reading negative reviews -- that was not our experience at all. I have written negative reviews for other products / stores in the past, and call them as I see them. Our experience, as described above, is what happened -- perhaps due, in part, to some of the other reviews?? Regardless of why, both my wife and I agree that we had a very good experience.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I came in hoping to buy a Nissan 370Z which appeared to be in good shape! These people kept pushing and pushing me to buy and I told them I needed a day to think about it! I saw this car pre inspection and it had car auction stickers all over it. I went home and I got to thinking to do a carfax on the car! The carfax history report came up DIRTY! I bring the carfax into the dealer the next day and they tried to play dumb that they didnt know! The car was in a rear end collision with the airbags being deployed and the car had to be towed away(carfax records). What dealer buys cars without knowing the history? Since I have applied for credit with this place they have put 13 new hard pull inquiries on my credit report! And I specifically told them not too and they did anyways! They are a Mitsubishi dealer but they sell so many cars that come from auctions!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST! Dont do business with these people and read other reviews if you dont believe me! These cars are literally bought then all they do is "bandaid" them and try to sell! This dealer is so appealing because they try to get you approved with no credit and then end up lighting up your credit report with 10+ inquiries! DONT DO IT! I REGRET IT. AND ALWAYS BUY A CARFAX!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY! ITS LAME I EVEN HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR!

I took my car in for an oil change and I came out with a oil leak and a missing bolt in my oil pan. In the 3 years Ive owned the car, I have never had problems with oil leaks- the car only has 38,000 miles on it. I took the car back 2 days later and was told they believe the oil leak was preexisting but yet failed to note that on the paperwork. Everyone knows the dealership tries to get nickel and dime you so why wasnt it brought up? Because the car had no leak! After a second opinion, it was brought to my attention that the oil looked like it had not even been changed and the bolt "mysteriously" unscrewed itself. I took it back to the dealership to talk to the GM. He was out of town so I talked to the finance mangager who was suppose to relay the message to the sales manager. We left our car there over night to have the sales manager talk with the service manager the next morning. The sales manager never called us but we got a text saying that there was nothing they were going to do about it. My wife went in there to talk to the sales manager and he never came out of his office. A $50 oil change now has turned into a $400 oil change and a weeks worth of headaches. We will never take our car there for service ever again and will tell everyone we can to take their business elsewhere.

I traded a vehicle on another car and almost three weeks later (18 days) the dealership has not paid off the trade in, which is resulting in harassing and threatening phone calls from the lender of the vehicle I traded in. Ive made multiple calls to the dealership over the last week and a half, all have resulted in broken promises that the vehicle would be paid off immediately. This issue is still unresolved at the time of this posting, Ill update it as the situation progresses but, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of their total lack of professionalism regarding this serious matter. Update... So, after 3 weeks my trade in was finally paid off. Im giving two stars because Zeus, the salesman provided excellent service and worked diligently to get the deal done. The title and service department, are subpar in my opinion but, I have a feeling that those departments are given little to work with compared to more put together dealerships. Overall, you can find and negotiate a good deal with this place but, pay attention to the details and stay on top of them to make sure theyre doing their job.
