You know, first impressions say a lot about an individual or company. The first impression was really good here, I test drove a couple of vehicles and after a while, I gave the salesman an offer for one of the vehicles. The particular vehicle I was offering was in the shop for some minor repairs and I asked the mechanic to do a quick inspection and tell me his thoughts. Though it was a good vehicle, the mechanic told me that he wouldnt offer more than a certain amount for this vehicle due to how this company operates and a few things that I would have yet to improve on the vehicle. I sat down with the salesman and offered that amount. This is where my impression went from good to "ummm.. really?". The salesman seemed extremely offended that I would even offer a lower amount than asking price! I was willing to negotiate and blatantly asked "can you come down at all from your price?" he then sharply said "NO. We offer the lowest prices in the state, you will never find a deal as good as this". So I walked away. 2 months later, this vehicle was STILL on the lot. I went to look at it again and another vehicle. I ended up talking with a salesman and he said he would "be right with me". I sat down on the little brick wall right next to their front door as employee after employee walked by me without an acknowledgment. After about 15 minutes, I walked in the office and told a different salesman "Im just going to take off, you guys seem to busy for me", he looked shocked and asked if I wanted to test drive anything or if I needed to talk to a salesman, and I mentioned how I was waiting to talk with a salesman, but Ill come by later. During the short period between then and my last visit there, I found a great vehicle that matched one of their vehicles that I wanted to test drive. The other dealer gave me an official price that was $2,500 cheaper than "[un]Incredible Auto Sales" was asking for their comparable vehicle. I took the official price with me in written paper, test drove "Incredible Auto Sales" vehicle, found a horrible clicking in the engine (my engineer brother-in-law said was not a good sound, and I dont think one needed an engineer degree to know that it didnt sound good), there was massive amounts of rust underneath, and a few other electrical issues that we found on a 10 minute test drive. I then wanted to talk the salesman down because the comparable vehicle was cheaper and in better condition. I mentioned all of these things to the salesman and he just said "well whats the catch with the other vehicle?" which I responded to "none" comparable miles, same make, year, model, and everything. He then responded with "well you should just buy that other vehicle, we have the cheapest prices in the state and if anyone can beat us then you better go with them". All in all, I walked away with an awful taste in my mouth towards "Incredible Auto Sales". I realized that though they say good things, their true character does not back it up. They are greedy and not willing to truly assist the customer as they proclaim. They buy cheap, rusty, beaten down (not always visibly, but often unseen) vehicles and charge more than what they are worth. Do not buy from these people. Especially if you want to be taken seriously and treated with respect. I ended up finding a great vehicle that was a NEWER model at a CHEAPER price than that of an exact model that these fools were trying to sell. Thanks for wasting my time, "[UN]Incredible Auto Sales".

In January 2016 I purchased a 2011 Ford F-350 Super Duty 6.7 L Diesel from Incredible Auto Sales. My first warning that this was a terrible dealership is when Rick brought the first truck I wanted to look at (a Dodge 2500) and there was literally no drivers seat. I asked Rick how I was supposed to test drive a truck with no seat and in all seriousness he said I could sit on the floor. Apparently the seat was "out for repairs". Like an idiot I was sucked into test driving a few of their trucks and really liked the 2011 Ford F-350. It test drove well and the price was lower than anywhere else (this should have been a warning sign as well). I ended up buying the truck along with the $2,000 warranty through Alpha warranty services, the company Incredible Auto uses for their scam of a warranty. I drove the truck home and the next morning saw a huge puddle of oil under the truck in my driveway. Called Rick and told him he needed to make it right and figure out what was wrong. He said to bring it in and "their mechanic shops" would take care of it. I took it in and the truck sat at their dealership for 5 days with nothing happening. I finally went there and drove the vehicle myself to their mechanic in Ogden. This diesel mechanic took 3 days to diagnose the problem which was a valve cover seal gasket leaking extreme amounts of oil from both the driver and passenger side. Rick told me from the beginning that they would cover the cost of the repair. The cost ended up being $1,700. Rick completely went back on his word and said that was too high and they wouldnt pay it. Alpha warranty company wouldnt pay for it either because I had only owned the truck less than 60 days. So for almost the entire first month of ownership on this truck I had no truck to drive and was stuck paying a $1,700 repair. The story doesnt end here. I was driving on I-15 2 weeks ago and lost control of the truck in what is referred to as a "death wobble". This was the 3rd time it happened to me since owning the truck but this time it about caused a severe accident. The steering stabilizer also known as a shimmy shock was completely shot. This repair was $456. Then I had noticed that after the $1,700 oil leak repair that I still had fluid leaking. This ended up being transmission fluid coming from a worn front transmission pump seal. Along with this repair found out the torque converter was shot also. This repair cost $2,300 total. Since January I have spent $4,456 in repairs and the truck has been in a repair shop for almost half the time Ive owned it. Incredible Auto Sales wouldnt pay a penny to make it right and Alpha Warranty services wouldnt either (pre-existing conditions they say). Please, please learn from my mistake. I know used car dealers can be very shady and crooked but Incredible Auto is the bottom of the barrel. I have been beyond angry and I literally will do everything I can to put these crooks out of business. Read the other reviews on the Internet and you will see a pattern of dishonesty that I would define as criminal.

I have really mixed feelings about incredible auto sales. I was a first time buyer and I really needed a new car and I had more than enough for a down payment. I found them through a corporate perks thing my sister uses through her work, and they called me after I filled out some interest thing. I went there to look at cars and at first they had me test out some old jaguar which I didnt want. But I did test drive a chevy HHR with low miles and I fell in love with it. Mike was super nice and I really liked him. And in the end I did buy it. He helped out a lot with the approval process which made me so nervous I wanted to throw up. After a couple days I noticed some driving problems with the car which I thought had to do with the alignment. I took it to les schwab and they told me thst not only was the rear tire the wrong size, the right rear axle is crumpled and in all it would take $1300 to fix. Which I obviously couldnt do since I put everything down on the car. I contacted them and granted its about money and I cant expect the best out of them but I wanted help. They offered for me to go to their mechanic (who was awful btw). He basically told me that it was all in my imagination and the rear axle being destroyed wouldnt affect the driving and "its just some bearings or something that need replacing well call them and tell them how much it is". So I went back and they cut me a goodwill check for $200. I thought i might as well use it and let them replace whatever it was. So they did and it turned out to be more than what the check was for. So now my car swerves when I hit any bumps, I have to buy new rear end tires every three months because theyre stripped and any tire place refuses to do an alignment on the car because its too risky and they dont want to be liable. This winter was awful. I lost control of the car twice and i still do when it rains. I know I should have been more responsible but I was a first time buyer and I was pretty much by myself. I just wish they wouldve offered to help more. Even when I offered to just refinance another car they wpuldnt do it. Which is understanfablefrom a business perperspective. But now Im terrified to drive the car. And I really just want a new one. But seriously, they arent the worst. I just had a really bad experience. But dont ever ask me to say a good word about Rays Muffler. They were the worst and I hope IAS decides to work with another mechanic.
