Hi All, I am writing this review expecting improvements in their business and services. I feel worry to write the negative review but I have to do this otherwise the management never know. This is my personal experience and opinion only. I purchased 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Moore Chrysler Jeep which is at Peoria, AZ in March 2015. The external sales person is cooperative and sold the car. The tag price is 18,900. Their internal sales person sold some extra components like Anti-theaft detector and 60000miles additional factory warranty package. The total cost on the road was $25000. Average: The anti theft device was so sensitive and making noise that alerts everybody else in the parking lot. With in 24 hours, I took it back to dealer asking to remove it. They said they would not remove once fixed. Finally, I requested at least turn-off the device so that it wont make nonsense noise to everybody. Amount of $1,000 was useless. Not good: I was given "2 years of free oil change" with additional factory warranty purchase. After 4th service (after 1 and half year), they told that the free service is no more valid and it was the last service for free. I asked why. It seems they expect to come 2 times a year. I believe an average Arizona driver makes 15000 to more. In 1.6 years I made 22,000 miles.I took it for service 4 times. I was upset with what they promised and what was delivered. On top of it the service advisor is not customer friendly. I kind of understand not all people are good at handling customers. Anyways it was not a good experience. After a week time of service, the car has new problem. See below how that experience was. Bad: This made me to write the review. It was the bad experience. I took an appointment for Monday for the engine problem. I drove the car in the early morning the advisor asked whether I can come some other date because they dont have lonar car. I was surprised for asking that kind of question from dealer service. I took the car with critical engine problem and also have the appointment but still that question means they do not really worry about the problem. He finally took the car for the service and gave me lonar car. They told that the problem was with Spark plugs and fuel system. The car is at 46k miles. I paid $290 for new spark plugs. I started driving back to home. The problem started again right after 10 miles. Now this time the car condition was too bad. Check engine light was on and the whole body of the car was shaking even in parking which was not the same before I gave it for service. I called again next day to service, he told to come on Monday because he works on that day. Again they are less bothered about the condition of the car and service. I was worried for few days. I lost the trust on them. I will look for some other dealership for service. Again this is my personal experience with this dealership. I wish Moore Automotive review this blog and move towards the improvements in customers interactions, promises and services.

Well its bad bad news.... moore Jeep condemned my 2.5L; Heres the run down of what happened since the drop off on Thurs 10/28 10/28: 230 pm drop off at dealer agree to initial $119.00 diagnostic. Original complaint: Jeep stutters/stalls at idle and given fuel. Fix: Mopar Ingition Coil. $81 + $178 + misc charges = $288 Pick up on 10/29 (which was replaced in early September from 1st post) 10/29 530 pm Problem: Jeep will not start when mechanic brings to driveway. My service writer has left for night and is not working saturday. Another writer Travis Reagan "takes care" of me. Recommended Repair: Starter; No Mopar available; NAPA $115 + $180 Labor. Total = $323. Im already into in this far and want to know more about the coil that I replaced not more than 8 weeks ago failing. Agree and order repair. At this point I havent even started jeep with the new coil. Pickup 10/30 4pm Problem: Original stutter when I touch the throttle if the A/C is on or not. My original diagnostic writer is not working and must bring it back on Monday 11/1 11/1: Drop off 930 AM: Did not drive jeep all weekend just drove the 5 miles home from 86th Bell to 67th Peoria. Moore continues with the diagnostics. They explain the catalytic converter is now covered under warranty. But the upstream O2 sensor will not back out and need a Mopar replacement. ($132) no labor due to warranty required O2 senser be pulled anyway. Agree to replace sensor. Mike Queen (writer 1) explain he will need additional day to continue on Jeep. 11/2:Jeep still at dealer: Mike Q explains mechanic wants to look at timing now and will be in touch. Today 11/3: Mechanic Recommends new engine at 174K and no Mopar stock block available and no Mopar Remanned engines avail. Jeep now somehow has now compression in Cyl 2 & 3. I drove a driving jeep into this dealer ship and bought rought $750 in parts and labor I didnt need and now I have a non running jeep with new Dealer installed Mopar parts. OF course I argue with writer and service manager. For every penny Ive spent returned. Agree to purchase parts, refund labor so over all I shelled out $600 and I am getting back $250 and no running jeep. I live in peoria and drive to mill and university 5 days a week and get roughly 17mpg and am able to smoothly do 65mph. Moore jeep claims I have been doing all that on 2 cylinders. At this point I am sick to my stomach about this and would like to call it a night. I am now frantically searching for a rebuilt 2.5L fuel injected that I can swap this one for during Xmas break from school. Quick quote on JP rebuild $5500. More than I can sell mine for. Q: Any recommendation for buying a rebuilt engine? Anyone out there had good luck with buying a rebuilt engine? Specifically a swap mine for yours type business. For now jeeps parked and may be getting its 3rd engine soon, as it was rebuilt last August. Thx for Reading and from one Jp enthusiast to another; STAY AWAY FROM MOORE JEEP in Peoria.

We purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4 months ago. Since April 2015 my husband and I brought the car in multiple times due to a shudder motion we would feel while driving as well as electrical issues. Shawn Jordan, the service manager never once checked into the after market alarm system that Moore installed into our into our vehicle to see if a wire was damaged or looked at our door sensors to fix our electrical issues that we have been experiencing. July 22nd 2015, I brought in my car for an oil change to find out it also needed a PCM software update. I left Moore and was told that my car has all new updates on it. Due to our bad experiences with their service center I contacted Chrysler after leaving Moore and asked about updates and they advised me to go to a different dealership If I had any concerns. I Immediately drove to a different Jeep dealership to find out that only 1 our of 3 available software updates were installed at the time of the oil change. If Chrysler does their part by constantly putting updates out to fix transmission related issues in Cherokees, it is a shame and negligent that only 1 out of 3 flashes were installed and that the other two (BCM and TCM flash) were not updated on my car on Wednesday but that I had to go to a different dealership to have it done and they were able to show them to me the very same day and then make an appointment for me to take care of them. I am sorry but I do not believe that Chrysler puts out 2 more flashes in the time that I drive to a different dealership in less than an hour from leaving Moore Chrysler in Peoria. Their service manager Shawn Jordan told my husband he indeed felt a shudder motion while test driving the car and he mentioned to my husband that he thought it might need a transmission software update but then when our case manager from Chrysler called he completely changed his story. It took me bringing our brand new Jeep to a different dealership to receive honest, helpful and great service. I wish that I could say that Moores service center has been more helpful in the past to accommodate our needs and fix issues we experienced with our brand new vehicle but unfortunately that has not been the case. Despite of the fact of telling my husband one thing in person and then telling Chrysler another, I feel that I cannot trust Shawn Jordans word because according to his statements, unlike other Moore employees, he will not even admit that there have been issues with Cherokees, but despite his beliefs and values towards customers, they should be at least so courteous and install updates that Chrysler puts out there and that are available for my car. If these transmission flashes correct problems that Chrysler is trying to fix in regards to transmission related issues dont you think I would like them installed driving the car with my newborn child ?
