10/12/16 I went in today for my 1st 5k mile service everything was good the guy that assisted me was nice but the wait was long which was fine because they did let me know it is a longer wait when the vehicle gets washed (like I wanted) well as Im driving home I realize the inside of the car was not even touched! So Im thinking ok well maybe they dont do the inside. When I get home I look at the outside and I guess they dont do the outside either! So so disappointed on Toyota! At this point Im even doubting they did the service my auto needed! Someone needs to fix this! Its sad because the people are always so nice. 08/01/16 Well it breaks my heart having to leave this review but its only fair since Ive waited so long and my problem is still not resolved. First let me start off by saying I love Toyota. Their products that is. I feel like Im in good hands when Im in their vehicles. Ive had the 2015 Camry, and currently drive the 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Ive been in love with both vehicles. Unfortunately I havent had the same experience with the service I received there. I admit that the deals I got were good and the buying process wasnt tedious. With the 1st guy Roberto, he was good but I never received no follow up calls no nothing seemed like I was in this alone. 2nd time I got a rep named John, (Roberto was no longer there) very funny guy, good experience. But then my plates never came. Its been two months since I got my vehicle, one months since my paper plates expired and still havent received anything. I try to call John to see what had happened and guess what he was no longer there either. Its disappointing (In any company ) when you dont have no one to work with, because then you get tossed around everywhere like Ive been experiencing. Currently I em working with Iris a customer service rep to get this figured out but no tags yet. Keep in mind I waited two months before giving my feedback well more like a year, because Ive never had a great experience here. I think overall Im disappointed because I expected so much from Toyota in general. I love their vehicles. My mom is in the market and I want her to have a Toyota, but I think its time we try a different dealership maybe even a different brand. One star for Camry, one star for Tacoma. Both great vehicles.

Ive dealt with several dealerships in the past and havent had the best experiences, in the beginning I thought this would be the exception as our salesman, Armando, was really great. My husband and I bought a 2016 Tundra, it was exactly what we wanted. From the start my husband noticed it did not have the original antenna and asked if we could get the original our salesman told us it would not be a problem and gave us a "we owe" form and told us to go back whenever we could to get it replaced. We went in 2 days later, by then we had notoced the truck trembled a lot once it passed 60 mph and when we measured it to see if it would fit in our garage we noticed the right side of the bumper was pushed in more than the left side and there was some damage under it. We addressed these issues when we went for the antenna, which was a bit of a hassle to get even with the "we owe" form. They made us an appointment and told us they would order parts. We went to our appointment only to find out no parts were ordered and nobody knew what we were talking about, to make this already long story short we got another appointment, took it in, got a rental car and when it was "fixed" we went to pick it up and they replaced a piece of the bumper that was damaged but it was still pushed in. We left the truck there and asked for our service advisor to call us. He called my husband and said "Well we fixed it, I mean its not going to be perfect." Really??? On a 37000.00+ CERTIFIED TOYOTA?! So if you take your vehicle to get serviced here dont expect it to get fixed right at least thats what I understood from his comment. At last it was picked up by a body shop and was finally fixed, however, now there is a crack in the grill of the truck that was NOT there before and its only going to get worse with time. I felt like our service advisor was annoyed with us and maybe didnt pay attention to the crack or maybe just didnt even bother to check the work done by the body shop because he didnt want to deal with it or bring it to our attention and maybe hoped that we wouldnt notice it. So, just like every other dealer, they treat you great while your making your purchase, but once you signed and drove off youre no longer an appreciated customer you are a nuisance.

For three weeks my wife and I looked at several cars and car dealers from one end of the Phoenix valley to the other to find the right fit for my daughter to purchase her first car. After being told over and over that we would have to co-sign for my daughter because of her age (though she already had credit and an excellent paying job), we found a dealer who said they would finance her at 12% interest (because, as they told her, of her being a first time buyer and her credit rating) with a car that only had a four star safety rating. Not feeling right on the inside my wife left and by chance (or we believe divine leading) stopped at Avondale Toyota. There her and my daughter met Kimie Stewart who not only did an excellent and patient time detailing the features and safety of Toyota products and the Corolla, but also gave us a great explanation of how some other dealerships (especially the one my wife had just left) can take advantage of unknowing customers through their financing programs. Then after running my daughter credit showed us that her credit score was much higher and better than what we were told and showed. He then gave us the great news that my daughters credit was strong enough for her to get financed with no co-signer and at 0% interest!! To add icing to the already fantastic cake Kimie created for us, he called us the next day to say that he found another Corolla in the exact color my daughter wanted with ALL of the features that my daughter desired, and some she (and my wife and I) didnt expect but definitely appreciate because it adds extra safety for my daughter. I truly appreciate Kimie above the bar service, education, and professionalism. He delivered to us the car of my daughter desires and also reaffirmed that there are good, honest, integral and customer driven car salespeople out there. Will definitely highly recommend Kimie and Avondale Toyota to everyone who wants a great car and an even better buying experience!

I am very impressed and grateful the day I walked into this dealership on 02/09/2012. I have always heard sales experience horror stories and was already aware that I would possibly have a tale of my own after this visit. However, that was not the case. I was originally on my way to another dealership down the road but was curious and stopped at this dealership. Within a few moments, I was greeted by Reece Speakman. The whole experience was completely different from what I had always heard of other dealerships. I did not have the best credit and expected to be turned away after having my information pulled up. Suprisingly, Reece was able to get me a deal on a 2010 CPO. He was patient, kind, friendly, and exhausted all resources to ensure I walked away with a deal I can work with. Sales Manager Rob has also been the best Sales Manager Ive ever worked with. He was very friendly and gave me great advice. I am VERY impressed with both Reece and Rob. They dont push you into any corners and if a deal cant be made, they wont dismiss you like garbage. I have already gone back for another car a few weeks ago and that experience was just as great as my original. Even though I live over 25 miles away now, Id rather make a drive than settle for any other dealership nearby to purchase a new car. The one thing I can say with Reece and Rob is I always come to this dealership looking for a low-end vehicle because I figure thats all I can afford. However, I always walk away with a pretty impressive car at an affordable rate! I will continue to keep going to Avondale Toyota Scion as long as Reece and Rob are still there. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new car. Reece will not pressure you and will do everything he can to get you the deal you were looking for, if not, youll walk away with something better!
