Terrible customer service and rude employees that dont know what theyre talking about. The first time I went to Cost Less about a month-and-a-half ago I called in as usual to ask if they have the Part available . I gave him the specific part number and everything and make and model of the headlamp and he said no problem we have it and even gave me a price. When I got there after waiting in line for 10 minutes some guy asked me what I was looking for and said that they dont carry those they only carry different models of that same headlamp when I told him who I talk to he was asking around to see who it was and said well we cant find him trying to cover for his friend. He said it must have been somebody who was new here. Well today I called them to Cost Less and they said can you hold please so I did. After it ringing through three times and being on hold I said can you just answer a quick question and they put me back on hold. I hung up and called back so before they put me on hold I can ask them to just answer a quick question for me to see if they have tools to work on cars the guy said no you need to hold. So I hung up and called back and ask for a manager he said is there something I can help you with I said yeah well Ive Ben hold on 3 or 4 different times and I just wanted a quick question answer. He was real short with me and ask if he could help me with anything I said yeah can you help me get a manager on the phone and he hung up on me. The 6th time I called back a guy actually said can I help you. And I said yeah I can you just have the manager call me. The manager called me back I told him when it happened and you said yeah okay I dont know who that was but ok and I said I was going to write a review so he said okay well we will for sure look at the review. Im never one to write a review or even complain about bad customer service because I work in the car business but this was the worst experience Ive ever had. I know you guys are busy but you really need to look at your customer service tactics because busy or not you should still be kind to a person and a customer.

Have used them a lot in the past but tired of getting sold the wrong parts. Went in recently for wiring parts and wire to wire in lighting for the interior of my box van that I use in my business. Was sold the wrong type of wire which was worthless and had to strip it all out and start over. Wasted basically 2 1/2 days and am back to where I started. I asked if he was sure that what the salesman recommended would work ok and then he got snotty like I had offended him. He had not a clue and just made it up. If you dont know, get somebody who does. Its like shopping at Home Depot, if you dont know, make it up. I dont think so, should have stuck with Nappa which is where I use to go. They closed there business close to me so Costless was convenient, will drive a little further from now on so I am not wasting money and time.

Wow these guys are the cats meow ecspecially the gentlemen who helped me his name was joe what a top notch parts guy. I came to him and this store with a problem I just couldnt figure out and was desperate to find some guideance to what my problem could be and after about five mins explaining the syptoms I was experencing he lead me to my problem without even looking at my car. I will never shop anywhere else these guys are some of the best when it comes to knowledge, service, price and willingness to actually help you with your problem instead of just trying to sell you more parts. All you other parts stores should be taking notes and learning some stuff from these guys they know how and what to do when it comes to cars and are wiling to help however they can. Keep up the good work and thank you.

There is this female with red ish hair that totally makes cost less look like they are selling a lot more then auto parts. I go in there with my kids all the time and all the guys and other woman are super nice and professional. Then this gal with red hair is bending over the counter the entire time i was in the orchards store. How lazy and disgusting is that!!! When i asked for her a question she rolled her eyes and was being so rude my son asked me why she was being mean to me. This is ridiculous and makes me not want to go in there anymore with the sexual harassment of her flaunting her butt being lazy and just rude. Do better on your next hiring costless.

It is a fact that most items these guys sell cheaper, however what they offer is substandard Chinese garbage, not to mention they parts people are about as educated as a box of hair, I dont think customer service is even a concern for these people. I would rather spend the extra few dollars and get a high quality product with people who actually understand that piston return springs are a joke (Seriously call Cost less and ask for piston return springs, they will try and find them!)

I had to go back to the store 3 different times because they could not get me the right parts. I wanted brakes and calipers for my civic. Got the wrong size brake pads and 2 left side calipers. Then for the accord I asked for the rear brake pads and rotors and got the fronts. The money I saved from buying the parts from them was used in gas because I had to go back and forth so much. I will never be back. It isnt worth the hassle!

Sold me wrong part, some times passed kept getting new code, came in to get it exchanged by manufacturer found out they gave me bank 1 sensor 2 instead of sensor 1. Cant return it, cant adjust it off new when it was their mistake. 1 never again will i be back, 2 even person came with me that we were so pose to do maintenance on his car, will go somewhere else.

Usually a small discount over other parts stores, but very tired of receiving the wrong parts and or talking to someone who seems like they have very little understanding of many items and parts they stock. Some employees are very knowledgeable, but its the luck of the draw over the phone or during high volume hours...

They carry a lot of basic supplies for great prices. When I dont have time to wait for an Amazon delivery of wash mitts, car soap and applicator pads for detailing, I can swing by Cost Less and not cut into my own profits. Staff seems helpful and they have an enormous stock of parts and supplies.
