I have had nothing but good to great service from the staff at Vashon Auto Parts. They go out of there way to find a part that may be difficult to find, are prompt in responding to requests and always helpful and more than polite. They are even happy to see my fussy 8 month old daughter... As far as prices go they seem inline with the off Island parts stores, and I would be willing to pay a little extra to keep them in business. I do not see any sign that they are gouging anyone or charging extra... In fact, they me gave a discount when I special ordered oil and filters by the case. So I believe that they are good people, well aware that they are doing business on a small island and that they value their community. The one other reviewer seems to have personal issues that are coloring their opinion and it is not a constructive revue.

Overpriced, can find anything in this store for half the price on the internet, so if youre reading this review, you know what to do. The people working there look high and dont know anything about how an automobile works. This is embarrassing to the island of Vashon that this is the only place to get parts, you would have better luck finding parts at the Vashon Lumber Yard(SERIOUSLY!!). The owner of this business is a two-faced, malicious backstabber and is not to be trusted with anything.

Granted theyre the only auto supply on the island, these guys totally get it. Theyre great. Always patient and as helpful as youll ever get from an auto supply store, if not more so. They usually help me troubleshoot a lot more than other auto supplies. Thank you for treating us islanders right. On or off-island residents, stranded on the island or just changing your oil, I recommend Vashon Auto to all of you.

Great service, OK prices, very helpful staff. Cant ask for more---you can sometimes get lower prices on the Net, but this shop deserves your support. An essential tp Island Life, keep them in business, or you;ll have to go off-island for parts, a real bummer when you need something fast. If they dont have a part theyll get it in next day.

I have had great experiences at this store, with staff coming outside and literally working directly on my car helping me change a part. Steller customer service. Very surprised by a negative review as my "hit rate" has been excellent in being treated right by these guys.
