Was slammed into getting the unlimited plan and insurance ; signed the credit card receipt before the terms of no returns was even mentioned; terms not clearly posted anywhere visibly ; received a phone case with a manufacturing defect and the employee was entirely unable to change it out for a $5 cheaper case. Avoid Allied communications at all costs and give your business to a more reputable dealer like Best Buy. Totally unprofessional and scammy business practices at Allied.

Cav is a great example of a hard working employee, i usually deal with dq and was scared to go to anyone else but she took care of me just as well as dq wouldve. I LOVE THEM BOTH!!
