Sneaky & Slimy My husband went in and opened a family plan. He was told that because he started the plan it would cost him $40 to purchase the new iPhone. When I went in to be added to the plan, I was told if I wanted the new galaxy it eould cost me $212. The sales associate, Adam told me if I sold them my iPhone it would only cost me $12 to purchase the new galaxy. With only having to spend $12, I decided to buy a new phone. Even though my iPhone was just fine. When we reviewed our bill it was INSANELY high. When my husband went in to ask about the bill, they stated that we were paying an additional $65 on our bill for the next 2 years!! Because we hadnt bought our phones. We had made an initial payments and needed to pay $540 on the iPhone and $400 on the galaxy. They purposefully omitted information to get my husband and I to make a purchase of more than $1,200 dollars! Be careful, youll walk out thinking you own your phone and your family plan will only be $140, when you only put down a down payment and your bill will be upwards of $200! Sleazy! !!

They scammed me..Went to this store to look at phones and get a price on how much it would be to switch.. After hearing the price I said No Thanks.... I DID NOT AUTHORIZE TO SWITCH OVER TO THIS COMPANY..My phone company called me to ask if I was sure if I wanted to switch over to ATT. So obviously they took my info, and did it anyways..WTF.. I am upset! Very upset. Can not believe this.

In their effort to SELL SELL SELL AT&T has lost their zeal for customer service.Low end sales force with no talk off. The store employees do not listen to the needs of their clients, even advising that when an on line order is placed for store pick up, the item has to be picked up in one day : Scam alert-you have three days with which to pick up an order. Terrible service -

Wife and I were traveling. Her phone locked up after grandson was playing a game on it. Couldnt shut it off. Last notice received was of a virus. My phone had storage issues. Problems may seem minor, but they werent at the time. Derek greeted us, asked what we needed and had us out the store very happy. Id definitely recommend Derek to anyone.

The whole staff at this location went above and beyond to help me switch carriers, Ive never had a team of people go the extra mile to help me save money and get a plan that fits my familys needs. I definitely recommend this AT&T to anyone who needs anything at all that is phone related. They have home security and directv also, how awesome!!!!

I purchased the iphone and they did not know how to transfer the info from the old phone to the new phone. They dont answer their phone. I had to go back to the store and have been sitting for 10 min waiting on someone to acknowledge my presence.
