I would like to say that one of your employees from this store, Jose is his name is the most polite person my husband and I have ever met in retail. He is always there with a smile on his face, cares for his customers and makes sure that we are more than happy with our service before we walk out. He runs the store with the greatest attitude and his vibrant personality and respect keep us coming back. He is a great role model for the other employees who work at that location and his vibrant personality will put a smile on your face even if your having a bad day... We all have the right to share our experience, and give an honest opinion about anything in life. This specific Metro PCs store is the BEST. Guys there are awesome. They try their best to help, and they helped me a lot with my new smart phone. I had a flip phone, and upgraded to smart phone, they gave unlimited data plan, and helped me download movies app to enjoy my movies. They have an answer for any question. They have the knowledge about smart phones and about Metro PCs services. Thats my personal experience with Jonathan. And of course Jose was a master in Metro PCs!!!

Wow... Worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been trying to call the store all day and I mean all day . No answer and there isnt even a professional voicemail WOW.... Cant call the 1-800 number because they are no help and barley speak English. This is ridiculous that no one is answering the phone!! I pay for theses services but cant even get a live person or someone who speaks English.... Im pissed and will be on my way when I get off !! never ever seen anything like it EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in yesterday because my phone decided to have a nervous breakdown and kill itself. Even though she was with another customer at the time of walking in, Natalie immediately greeted me with a smile and did not take long to attend to my mishap. She had a wonderful attitude helping me find a great phone and helped me out with some other concerns with my account. One of the best experiences Ive had with a metropcs location. Will be making this my main store from now on.

Charged my wife 50 dollars for 3 days of service ...phone was cut off because my bill was due not her bill smh ready to leave metro tf alone then these fools want to say they cant do nothing over the phone Wats the difference between seeing faces and hearing voices of u ask me nothing info is still info

Came at 10:10am to pay my phone bill. Nobodys at the store. So I called from Google and Got another MPCS manager who said and I quote "oh yea, that guy is always late" He didnt apologize or anything. Store didnt open until 10:20.

The only Metro Pcs Store that opens early. Those guys open at 9:00 am. I was going to work early, and THANKS TO GOD i found this store OPENED AT 9:15. So I paid my bill there, and they just made my day. I love you guys :) :) :)
