Crappy filty daycare ever. Director and asst director are so unprofessional. Asst. Director lack good customer service skills and she need to go back to school to learn how to talk to parents. She is so unprofessional that she wear the same short everyday. Her attitude sucks and she need to be removed from this job asap otherwise she is not promoting this business. I wish the owner of this center can read it. The teachers are great but the top personnel need to become the cleaners while the teachers becomes the director and asst. director. They are only there for the money but does not care about the kids!

I recently moved to the area and on the recommendation of a friend, went to the store to examine some issues with my phone. While working with Chris F. To resolve the issues, he informed me about the new Verizon Hum device. I purchased it and let me just say, that was a wise move. Ive spent a fair amount of money over the years on lockout services for my car and to know that I have a 24 hour service that will come to my rescue is amazing. Nevermind all of the other services that come with the Hum, this alone is worth it. This is definitely my new go-to store, and Im so glad its so close to home!

I went into the HDG Verizon location on Friday to upgrade my phone and was helped by Devin. He was extremely helpful. The process was really easy and Devin was very patient with me, as I changed my mind a couple times. While my phone was waiting to backup from icloud, Devin went above and beyond to look up to see if I was eligible for a discount on my bill through my work. It didnt work the first time but he tried a couple ways and was able to save 19% on my monthly bill! I highly recommend this location and Devin!

I have always been leary of these "authorized and premium retailers" for Verizon but I went here for the first time to try my luck!!! It was the right choice!!! I had the best customer service EVER from the associate and the District manager who just happened to be there! These guys were the best!!! Knowledgeable in EVERY way and talked to me like I was family! I will ALWAYS go back here for my needs in the future! Quick! And with the help from these guys quite painless!!! Thank you soo much!!! Nick was fantastic! He spent over an hour with financial services helping dispute a payment I made. After some time we believe we resolved the issue. He also helped set up the voicemail on my phone and taught me how to use it. He provided me with a case for my phone and ordered a case for my husbands phone to be shipped directly to my home. Lastly, he sold me a tablet for my husband and I to use with our family. I had a great experience!

Mark DeAtley was extremely helpful, went above and beyond in assisting me in switching from my terrible AT&T cellular plan to my new VERIZON account. My daughter and I couldnt be any happier. Thanks Mark. Verizon is lucky to have such a caring and competant sales associate. He checked up on me afterwards and made sure I was happy with my purchase and offered assistance for any issues.

Went into this location the other day. The salesman Joe Shafer helped me save a bunch of money on my bill. He was absolutely fantastic. Im unfortunately not ready for an upgrade yet however he was still so extremely helpful. And he supplied me with a lot of information about everything. Absolutely wonderful service at this location. The sales rep explained everything to us and gave us the option to choose. Ty was fantastic! I took my phone in for service and got a brand new one for less than I was paying for my old phone. I also got the Hum for my car, which is the coolest thing Verizon has invented yet and for $10.00 a month, no driver should be without one. Thanks again Ty for a great experience!!
