My service was horrible. I went to this location because it was a cheaper route to getting my iPhone 7 plus screen fixed. Heres where the problems started, The first day I came in and dropped the phone off, young nice guy named Nazir asked for my phone number but didnt give me a call when the phone was ready. I was told the phone would be ready within an hour but waiting around which caused me to be late for work, I had to call myself and ask if the phone was ready. When I came in to pick it up, I was examined the phone making sure everything works properly. When I got to my car and started opening up random apps and noticed the LCD display was very messing up (cant really describe it but it was an white spot on the left side of my phone).. So I walk back in and there was a young Asian girl that was the register. I politely made sure that she was aware of it (that way they cant say it was my fault) and that I wanted it taken care of asap..however I was already late for work so I couldnt get it dont right then and there. Now Fast forward a week later, I noticed more problems, I discovered a broken pixel on the display and whenever I type on my keyboard the letters would start glitching. So Today i called first letting him know about the problem and that I would NOT be paying anything because it was clearly his fault, so he said he would take a look at the problem. When I arrived there I explained to him the same thing I told him over the phone. He started clicking open random personally apps that I had (which I didnt appreciate at all) and He asked "if the phone always had this issue". Which I figured that was exactly what he would say, so he can think that it was my fault. So I told him "no, it started doing that crazy stuff that exact day you fixed it.". He processed to say ok and that hell fix it and said itll take 2 hours this time. Fast forward 2 hours later, of course again I had to call MYSELF to check and see if the phone was ready... Anyway, I come in and take a look at the phone. First thing i noticed that he didnt replaced my screen protector that I paid for the previous visit, which I felt was messed up. I mentioned to him that I either wanted my old screen protector back or a fresh one. So he said that he couldnt give me my old one but he can give me another one. And which he carelessly just slapped it on my screen with a big air bubble in the middle and I was Highly upset about that too. Finally get all the way home and notice theres STILL a broken LCD pixel on my screen!!!!! I just said forget it, remind you that the place is 30 minutes from where I live, so its irritating when your driving back and forth for simple issues thats apparently too hard for Nazir to correct. My lesson learned the cheaper route isnt always the safe route. He charged me $168.99, with the time and gas you might as well go to Apple and get it done. I would not be going back here in the near future.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I have never EVER had such an awful experience. My boyfriend had a minor shatter on his Galaxy s6 phone screen and went to get it replaced. This was the cheapest place and we are tight on money and he needs his phone for work so we came here. Should have realized we would get what we paid for. The phone was very new with almost no imperfections minus the small screen shatter. I know a little about phone screen replacement, as I used to do it for iPhones.. and these people take advantage of other peoples lack of knowledge. After getting the screen fixed, they rushed us out. A day or so later we realized the screen sat a bit higher than normal but figured it was probably due to the screen not being the factory screen and maybe a bit thicker. But after comparing to my phone a few days after that we realized the frame was bent! Which is wasnt bent at all before taking it in the store (I have the Galaxy Note 4 and had it fixed after it was beaten up pretty bad.. I got it fixed at a different place in Norfolk and he explained the screen would sit funny and higher because of my bent frame and told me to be extra careful with it) But we kinda shrugged it off until a week ago when my boyfriend was playing a game and was lightly tapping the top corner and the screen just cracked! I am not the type to exaggerate, but it wasnt like he was beating the screen, it was a normal tapping motion! So he took it back and they offered him a discount but told him the "warranty" that was offered didnt cover physical damage?? (Whats the point of it then??) But whatever, he needed it fixed ASAP as he really needs his phone for work and after saving up some money he took it back in and dropped it off today. They had given him a price quote a week ago and gave him a small discount (which was nice) and so he dropped it off today. We waited all day for a call saying it was ready, but after not receiving anything and it getting close to their closing time I called up there for him to be told that the mans boss said not to fix the phone. This morning they were totally fine with fixing it, the beginning of this week they gave him a quote so I didnt understand... until I got on here and realized the boss must have seen my boyfriendboyfriends negative review as he responded to it! Quite unprofessionally, I might add! So BECAUSE HE LEFT A BAD REVIEW THEY REFUSED SERVICE TO HIM! I asked to speak with his boss and I was told he is out of country. We WILL be going to the Better Business Bureau. This store is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be letting EVERYONE know NOT to waste time or money at this dispicable business. What kind of place refuses to fix a service members phone simply because of a bad review?? Disgusting.

Took my Galaxy S6 here to get the screen fixed. Turn around was good just a couple of hours only problem was they bent the frame to my phone thus causing the glass on it to start popping out. A month or 2 later the glass cracked from the bent frame and popping out so I took it back to get it fixed but the warranty wouldnt cover it because there was physical damage when it was their fault, 2 of the employees had even said it was on them!! So I had to pay for a new screen again from them. DONT GO HERE!!! The owner is a spineless child who will not even speak with you directly. He speaks through his employees and in fact told them to not fix my phone after I had already dropped it off because I left a bad review on here and when I asked to speak with him I was told "he didnt WANT to speak with me". How good can these people be if their owner participates in petty games like these?
