I went into this store looking for a nice family owned business in the area that could provide a unique setting for an engagement ring. The salespeople were the nicest Ive met and most willing to help. Brenda helped me as soon as I walked into the store and really listened to what I wanted to get and was able to recommend something that I (and my fiancée) would appreciate. I bought the setting from them and while it was a bit pricey, it was high quality and very unique. I had my own diamond and their on site jeweler (I believe it was Mike) did a great job setting it in the ring. I should also add that I did this on a somewhat tight schedule and they were able to accommodate me and did their best to make sure I had the ring on time. They were able to keep me updated throughout the process, letting me know when the ring was in and when the stone would be mounted. Great family owned business, would not hesitate to go there again.

Recently I decided to propose to my girlfriend. I had diamonds from my grandmothers ring and some other diamonds I wanted to incorporate. I went in with an idea of what my fiance would like and a design I was shooting for. While my design was not possible with the stones I had, Sauli was great at learning what my fiance wanted and helping me incorporate those elements into a new design. Even then, he listened to my comments and modified the design to meet my requests. Not only that, but he stayed within my (somewhat meager) budget! The experience was wonderful and my fiance LOVED the ring. It had the vintage look she was after, and it flows with many curves as she wanted. I was able to give her a 100% unique, thoughtful ring that we can both be proud of. I am happy to have supported this family business, and plan to return for my own ring when the day comes. My first experience with Buchoskys was in 2004 when I purchased engagement diamond earrings for my wife. I live in California but heard so many good things about Buchkoskys from a dear friend that I gave them a shot and I was so happy I did! I instantly connected with the staff and was given fantastic service and attention as I made this decision on this purchase. Dispite the long distance, I still felt that all my questions were being answered and that my project was in the best hands. There of been a couple instances over the years where I needed a jewelry repair quick and opted to try local stores only to be very disappointed with the service and quality of work. I always end up back at Buchkoskys and am never disappointed. 5 stars!!!!

We have known Paul and Ruth and their extended family and staff for many years and find confidence in the value they consistently they provide. We trust them for our familys jewlery needs and ongoing care. Wedding ring, necklaces, ear rings, a custom made pendent by their excellent artisan and more. We rely on their ongoing repairs and adjustments for our settings and rings and appreciate their willingness to graciously serve our needs. Very timely and excellent service. A great family owned and operated business with quality jewlery and service.

I used Buchkosky Jewelers at the advice of my sister to have my engagement ring, which came from my grandmother, resized. They were awesome to work with, very friendly, and did a good job. I went back to have my wedding band created, as the shape of my engagement ring isnt typical. I also needed quite a few repairs done on my engagement ring. They once again did a fantastic job, both in terms of their service and the work they did. I would/will continue to use them for my jewelry needs.

I stepped on my $600 glasses and broke the hinge. When I called around to local optical shops, I was told it would take 1 to 4 weeks to get them fixed. Buchovksys did them for me in an hour! Call ahead and make sure they can fit you in and tell them the nature of the damage and they might be able to give you a time and cost estimate. Total cost to me was $55. Lifesavers.

I am so impressed with the professionalism of Buchkosky Jewelers. My mother is in a memory care unit and needed to have some rings removed from her hand. They came out not once, but twice to remove the rings. They were so kind and compassionate to my mother. It is so nice to see that there are businesses that still care about their clients.
