This is a really cool store. The selection they have and expertise they offer is just spectacular. If you like watches, then you will love this store. They stock a boat load of Breitlings Raymond Weils, and Tags at any given time; they carry a huge selection of ultra-high-end brands, and they almost always have cool preowned/estate stuff, which is priced lower than other stores. It is the only store I know of that will stock the same model Breitlings and Tags in different trim finishes...which is really nice given it means you dont have to wait for them to order your favorite color combo! Mens jewelry selection is also really. Most stores sell only mens jewelry that fits one or more of these categories: makes you look like a gangster, makes you look goofy as hell, and/or adds a feminine touch to your style. But not Radcliffe. Their mens selection is extensive and classy in the 1st degree. The prices are very good for an authorized retailer...they can often get you pricing that is pretty close to an online price except if you buy from Radcliffe (which is the authorized retailer), you get a warranty, you get a place to go if you need help, and you dont need to worry about getting a fake or grayscale product. The people working there know a helluva lot, and will work to earn your trust and satisfaction. Turnaround times beat virtually anyone else in the area and they go above and beyond when it comes to any sort of repair/service/warranty/custom work. They are definitely worth a visit if you are contemplating your next watch/jewelry purchase.

I stopped into this location earlier tonight to try to find an early birthday gift and was pleasantly surprised by the high caliber of customer service provided by Amy E. She took the time to show me not just the item that I had thought was ideal for my purchase, but other wonderful pieces from their estate jewelry collection. I settled on a simply set platinum ring with well faceted diamonds and a unique late 1800s silver filigree broach with a miners diamond at its center. While waiting to checkout I noticed that they also had a vintage handbag section; without hesitation Amy placed my selected items aside and accompanied me to peruse their vintage ares. I found a pair of vintage Bvlgari sunglasses that fit perfectly and have never encountered elsewhere. This is the first time in what seems like ages where an associate at a jewelry store was engaged and welcoming to me despite my laid back attire. We werent able to find the piece that I had walked in the door looking to purchase, but due to this experience I plan to return to this location and keep looking until its found.

This was our 2nd visit in 5 days. Felicia helped us on Saturday and was very good, friendly and knowledgeable. We were not ready to purchase a watch that day. Today when we went in we asked if Felicia was in, but she wasnt working, so Danielle helped us. I (Susan) had looked online at Radcliffe pre-owned Rolex watches and wanted to see them in person, so Danielle helped me. I tried several and decided on one, but had a Rolex I was hoping to trade in. I learned it didnt have a "real" Rolex band, so decided to put the watch I wanted on hold to think about it. They were very willing to hold it for 3 days, and I did have them put a hold on it for no charge, but after leaving the store and visiting with my husband I just decided to go for it today. Danielle was very willing to do all the paperwork, and also gave Felicia credit because she originally helped us. We had a great experience, except of course that we learned I bought another pre-owned Rolex that wasnt original. Thank you all who talked with us!

Fablous....have been dealing with Radcliffs for over 30 yrs. Their merchandise is exceptionsl, prices are very good. The staff are all like friends.(Wish i could name all of them, then it would be an essay) Over the years I have delt with 2 very special people. Lukas, I have watched him grow up, he is so sweet. He was the first person I delt with. Lukas gave me great deals and it was because of him I kept going back. Then I started working with my Mark, great designer and dear friend. Never pushy, very professional. I have some very exceptional pieces of jewelry, Thanks to Mark. Last but not least we have Paul, the owner......love his glasses......he is fun to deal with. Ray was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable in the products both my fiancé and I were interested in. In fact he was so courteous and professional, he had convinced me into returning my previous engagement ring I had purchased from another jeweler and into buying one from Radcliffes. He was very willing to work with my budget and I purchased the ring my now fiancé loves. I would never change my experience for anything. It made my proposal that much better and that much memorable. She tells me everyday about the comments she gets from her customers and I love seeing a smile on her face. Thank you Ray for everything and I will definitely recommend Radcliffe to anyone and everyone to go see Ray and he will definitely take care of you. I will go back to him for any jewelry I will purchase from now on.

From the quality of their jewelry to the superb staff, this is the nicest jewelry story I have visited anywhere in the states. No matter what your needs or wishes, the occasion, or just your desire, the extremely professional and helpful staff will gently guide you to the perfect solution. I have never left Radcliffe unhappy, and have always felt I received the highest quality for the most reasonable cost. More importantly, I have always felt that I was treated like family -- Im not sure I can give a higher compliment or higher marks. This is the only jewelry store I will ever go to!

Two years ago I walked into Radcliffe In Towson looking for a watch. Not knowing what I wanted Erik, took his time and helped me make a good choice. Since then Ive been working with Dan, Amy and Erik and now I have purchased 6 new and amazing time pieces . I am so happy at how The Radcliffe staff have made me feel like part of there family. I value them so much that I had them re do my wifes engagement and wedding ring and like Ive learned to expect from them they nailed it. Radcliffe is amazing. Not only did the jeweler (Shirley) make all of our dreams come true, when my now husband went in for my engagement ring she was so helpful and made the purchase so easy for him! When he went to buy my birthday gift (diamond earrings) she was so helpful and let him know about all the options. When I go in for all my cleanings (which are free!!!) everyone is SO NICE and not only do they clean, they check my pieces to ensure nothing has shifted and is in top condition. I would recommend Radcliffe and Shirley to ANYONE!
