Honestly, do your business elsewhere. Dont expect very good (if any) customer service from this place over the phone. They will tell you that they are going to call you "right back", but they wont, and its pretty aggravating. Ive literally waited for weeks before having to call them once again to see if parts for my bike had come in, or if they were finding out some information for me. Ive experienced this MANY MANY times. You have to pretty much do their job for them and keep on top of things yourself, or things simply wont get done. They become super helpful if you ask to talk with the general manager though (typical). This goes for all areas: sales, parts, service, you name it. It wouldnt be so bad if there werent thousands of dollars being exchanged. Im not here to buy a lawn-mower, im here to buy a quality motorcycle... so act like it... I was recently trying to do some business with them over the phone and once again a Salesman told me that he would contact me by the end of the day... unsurprisingly, it has now been over a week since Ive heard from them. I have bought a bike from them in the past and I have referred quite a few people to them in the past as well. Needless to say, they have made a lot of money off of me; well, not anymore. This salesman, probably just thinks that he missed out on selling a bike, when fact he missed out on keeping a loyal customer and many referrals. I will never do business with these people again, and I will not refer them to anyone ever again. Once again, you are better off doing business elsewhere.

Best buying experience I have had for a long time. Very welcoming staff. They gave me a smoking deal on a bike after maintaining good communication throughout the deal. Sales rep was great, even put time in on the deal on his day off. Triumph tech in the shop was very helpful setting up bar end mirrors and making sure everything was good to go before he helped me load it on my trailer. Even the finance guy was nice to deal with. To top it off, the nice lady at the desk spoiled my wife and I with a couple shirts and other goodies. I live on the west side of indy and I willingly make the drive to this shop and suggest anyone interested does the same. I deducted one star because when I called trying to get warranty work done on a small leak, the soonest I could get in was 3+ weeks. But once again the tech hooked me up and fixed it as soon as I got it in there because he knew a new bike shouldnt leak and wanted to make it right. I trust the tech enough to pay for the first service, which I usually just do myself, in hopes that he gets a cut of the cost.

So for the record i have purchased two bikes brand new in the recent past and i have a decent credit score. I have bought a brand new chevy truck and a house and have two credit cards and a great income and my personal experience at Indian in lafayette was terrible. I walked in on a saterday and everyone was too busy to even talk to me. So i found some to talk with after TWO hours and filled out a credit app. After filling it out i was promised a phone call by monday. Guess what... no one called... Tuesday. ... no one called... so i called them and gave me the run around... didnt say anything bout my credit or anything... just said that they would call me back that day.. guess what... never called.. so i waited a whole week and still nothing. So i called the the following week and still waitingon a phone call. I am in business administration and management and Indian motorcycle of lafayette is the worst by far for customer satisfaction based not just on myself but the three people Ive spoke with who purchased and tried to purchase a bike from them.

Lady at front desk was very nice, visited parts counter gentleman was not overly friendly said didnt think he had part, turns out he did ask us if looked like part needed and he hoped it worked, we asked if we could check out at the counter never really said yes and didnt really get feeling he wanted to,asked if they sold specific wrench for plug he said you have to see pee wee at other counter, which informed us that they dont sell tools and acted like we were stupid for asking, not a good overall experience , the store is very nice just wish this wasnt our first impression

Went here today and worked with Dave Hughes. Although I didnt purchase today Daves customer service will cause me to drive past the victory dealer in Indy and drive two hours to purchase my next bike. Totally better environment to purchase a motorcycle and they actually let your demo bikes with no fuss which is awesome as well. Do yourself a favor and drive up to Lafeyette and see Dave for your next Victory, Indian or Triumph. I know I will be

i have purchased to motorcycles here in the past 2 years. both triumphs. great service each time on purchase. I also get all my service work done here. oil change. brake flush. cleaning. i have never had any reason to complain. their service is often booked several weeks out. this is a really good thing. lets you know people are bringing their bikes there for a reason and i will always bring my bikes here.
