I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of service I received over the phone. I searched everywhere for a replacement speedometer cable for an 85 Honda elite scooter. Everyone I called gave me the generic "this part is no longer made" speech and just cut me off. I called Allsport Powersports and spoke with Jeff who was extremely helpful. While I may have got the same news about the part no longer being made the issue was not dropped there. Jeff assured me that he would do his best to find some form of replacement part and that he would call me back as soon as he could. Sure enough I received a call a few days later and was given several places that made custom cables that I could try. While he was unable to give me a direct replacement, Actual effort was given in the search and I was not just thrown aside like so many had done before. I will do business here again. Thanks Jeff

An all-around great experience! We live in Birmingham and made the drive to Decatur after being disappointed by several shops closer to home. We arrived at Allsport and the customer service was fantastic! Everyone we encountered was very friendly, asked how they could help and was very knowledgeable. Not only did they have the motorcycle we were looking for but they offered us a great deal! We wont hesitate to walk out of places that have poor customer service, even if they have the product we want. We walked into this store expecting a similar experience to all the other powersports stores weve been in, but everyone here went above and beyond. We were so impressed with everyones friendliness and emphasis on ensuring we got what was right for us (rather than just making a sale) that we walked out with the motorcycle we wanted and Allsport gained new lifetime customers!

Some of the other reviews here are not fair. I have purchased a new motorcycle from Allsport, and also spent many dollars on parts, accessories, and gear. Steve, Dean, and the rest of the team are always very friendly, willing to chat, let you talk to the technicians, take test rides, and they have always been willing to negotiate off MSRP within reason. This is a good shop and a good team. Be friendly and they will be also. My guess is that the negative reviews are from people who entered the shop with attitudes, because the Allsport team is about as friendly and down-to-earth as they come.

While shopping at Allsport, Dean could sense the hesitation in my voice while I was trying to decide. He actually told me not to buy anything right then and gave me some pamphlets to read over night. I decided on a bike that I knew they didnt have in stock and in searching for one at another dealer they added 1,500 dollars in hidden fees. I decided to go back to Dean and he went out, found me the dirt bike I was looking for, and he even beat MSRP. The only fee I had was the sales tax. At Allsport they care more about the thrill of the ride than the thrill of the sale.

Over the years Ive bought three bikes, loads of farkle for the bikes and the occasional t-shirt or two from Steve and his crew. Ive used Allsport almost exclusively for maintenance and repair of my bikes. In no case have I ever been less than completely satisfied. None. But the best part of Allsport is that they always treat me like a friend, whether I am buying or not. There is no way you can enter Allsport and not be greeted, asked if assistance is needed and - whether it is or not - made to feel welcome. My next bike will definitely come from Allsport.

Ive been hanging around Allsport for several years now. They do all my maintenance - if theres a backlog, I can get on the list and bring my bike in later instead of leaving it for 2 weeks, which is a big deal for me. The people are nice and they have a good selection of new and used inventory. Theyve picked up several new lines of motorcycles in the last year, and are also carrying kayaks now, so theres always something new to see. They also run good sales on their merchandise regularly.

Excellent repair work for an ATV brand they dont sell. They did a great job in a timely manner and were very efficient in their costs to get the repair done well at minimal cost. I will be buying my next ATV from them. Additionally, The are the only dealer in North Alabama for Saffire Grills.......they are great. Brad did such a great job of showing the differences between the BGE and Saffire. I would highly recommend them for grills and outdoor all-terrain-vehicles.

In the last 3 years I have bought 2 ATVs and 2 UTVs, I am avid rider and on average ride 3 weekends a month winter or summer. These guys are awesome to deal with, and they really stand behind what they sell. Service after the sell is wonderful, when you ride as much as I do stuff is going to break and they always go the extra mile to get me back up and going! Honest folks, friendly, and fair prices. This is the only place I shop for New Units, parts and accessories!

These guys do a great job, if I can’t find something they are more than welcome to help, but they do not hover around you when you are looking at buying something. They will greet you and introduce themselves and leave you to shop till they are needed. Another thing I like about this company is if they do not have something they will order it for you and call you when it gets in if it does not fit right they will do what they can to make it right.

I order over $500 worth of parts from them and after the parts come in late I get to the store at 5:30 when they close at 6:00 and as I am pulling in some of the employees are pulling out. Not to mention the one that was still in the store with the lights on and wouldnt come to the door or answer the phone. If you close at 5:30 change your sign and website. I drove from over 30mins now Im going to have to drive back to get the parts another day.

My experience with Allsport Powersports, Inc. in Decatur, AL was top notch. I was greeted right away by Jeff Carter, who was very friendly and helpful. I purchased 3 large bags of Charcoal for our Green Egg, and Jeff stated someone would help me load the charcoal into my vehicle. The two young men who assisted this old lady were nice and accommodating. I felt like one of the family. ITS REALLY NICE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE SO HELPFUL.

They are not true to their word. Be careful with this company, do NOT trust them. I left their business with what I thought was a 2 years warranty, and now I find out 2 months later that I only had a 6 month warranty. My friend and I both understood that I had a 2 year warranty - they say no. DO NOT trust them - go elsewhere and save yourself a headache - OR make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing before you leave, lessons learned...
