These crooks tried to sell me a 2012 FJR for full MSRP and advertised this as an unbelievable deal over the phone. I had a trade worth $5000. The girl that answers the phone, Ashley, who is like 19 years old doesnt have a clue about motorcycles yet she is allowed to answer questions about the machines and even make deals. Anyway, she tells me over the phone that the best price for the bike was $10,000 which for a brand new FJR is very good, but it should be cheaper because its a 2012 not 2015. So I drive an hour and a half to come see the bike. They test rode my bike and after everything checked out they present me with the invoice which was for $10,200 AFTER my $5000 trade. I was livid at this point. They were trying to charge me full MSRP for this three year old bike. I told them they were literally smoking crack if they thought I was going to pay full price for a "new" model three years old. I could purchase today a brand new 2015 FJR for $11999 locally from a dealer. It made no sense and they kept pushing that it was a great deal. Just utterly ridiculous. Now about the people that run this place. When I first saw the bike I had inquired about the side cases that come with every FJR which were not on the bikes they had out and Ashley proceeded to tell me that what you see is how they come, with no side cases. And she was dead serious! After nicely letting her know that every FJR Ive ever seen has side cases, she was like, NO, so at this point I laughed in her face and she said, "Im just gonna get the owner" who then confirmed that the side cases were upstairs somewhere. She didnt even apologize for arguing with me. Then she starts to fill out my credit app and gets a phone call that "she doesnt know if its an emergency" so she has to take it, lol. So I stand there for another ten minutes, waiting to spend my hard earned money. What a joke this girl is, lol. The "owner" introduced himself once and then said he would get back to me in a few minutes. I said OK. Thirty minutes later he comes back and didnt even remember me because he introduced himself again, lol. The guy that is their master tech who test rode my bike looks like a homeless guy with no teeth and didnt know how to shift my bike. All in all, this place is not worth your time. They will try to steal your money. STEER CLEAR!!!

I brought my sons 1994 PW50 here to have 2 new tires and back brakes replaced. I also purchased a new helmet goggles and chest protector. I met Mike the owner and he was very nice and took time to talk to me and my boy. I dropped the bike off and it was going to be a couple days wait for the brake parts to come in. They called me on a Friday to let me know that the bike was ready to be picked up. Unfortunately my work schedule didnt allow for me to get it during business hours. Mike had given me his personal cell number so I called on Saturday 2 hours after close. I was thinking theres no way hes going to want to meet me up there so I could pick up the bike. (Son really wanted to ride this weekend) He answered and told me that it was no problem and that he would meet me there so I could pick up the bike. Now that is what i call customer service. The prices are reasonable the people are friendly and both my visits were very great. I left happy and my boy got to ride this weekend. Way to go Mike!! Youre the best. I would refer anyone to Cycle Sport Yamaha they do not disappoint.

Id put no star if I could. I dropped my ski of to be repaired on July 1st, for a quick fix. They said no problem two weeks max. Its August 26 still waiting to hear how much its going cost. No call no report of the problems. So I picked my ski up. They made it right with me and I couldnt believe it but left happy. I would definitely recommend this place five stars for sure. Thanks Mike for fixing my issues and making me a happy customer again. Will return the customer service here is GREAT.

We were in town on business, and my business associate and I typically hit any cycle shops in the area. These guys knew we were out of towners, and had no intention of purchasing, yet they spent hours with us talking model improvements, short comings, and riding. Mike was an awesome guy to chat with and walks the talk. Family owned and operated. I truly wish these guys were closer to my home, Id buy from them every time. Small shop, but had a well rounded inventory. Just keep riding Mike!

Cycle Sport was very accommodating to make sure they beat my best internet prices on some parts I needed, and after extensive schematic research. we were not able to locate a particular part without having to buy a complete wiring harness. Mike the owner stepped in and made a custom wiring adapter to fulfill my needs at no charge. The customer service is outstanding. Mike was proud of his familys 40-year+ reputation and obviously puts his customers first..

Went there to look at a sled someone had on Ebay. A young lady showed it to me and offered alot of info. Then I seen that they had parts in stock for sleds. Started getting parts from them with the help of Bill (very knowledgeable) and the owner Mike. Had a question about buying a sled and one of the mechanics started pulling out tons of info! Wow, what great service, friendly and they know their stuff! They more than earned a new "Blue" customer!

The only reason i gave 5 stars is because there arent more. Clearly in my opinion the best Yamaha shop in the area. The customer service goes way beyond the call of duty, the people who work there are all nice and not because its their job. The owner treats customers with the upmost courtesy, so it is understandable that the people who work for him are equally as nice. Prices are always right, i wont take my bike anywhere else for major work.

Im from Arizona and needed tires for my BMW k1600 GTL and the nearest BMW dealer was 2 hours away and not in my direction of travel. Stopped in to see if they could help me out and two days later they had my tires on the bike, they had to order the tires not in stock. Very nice staff and the owner Mike saw I was from out of town and stopped to chat for a while. Thanks Cycle Sport.

After going to 5 dealers in the region and wasting two weeks to get some lift spacers installed on a set of shock assemblys, I brought them to Cycle Sport and the owner himself took care of it like it was his own personal project and had it done and ready to go right away. This dealer is about 45min out of my way and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else from now on.
