Wow Honda of Michigan city saved the day once again.When time was of essence they were right to my house with a driver to take the motorcycle to the shop. They got me in right away, at last minute notice. Do to one of those situations where you think a friend will save you a little money, once again ti would have been better to take it to Honda of Michigan City in the first place. From start Trixy Manka their service writer went above and beyond what i would have expected on such a short time deadline. Mike the mechanic got right on the motorcycle and then to top it off when the work my friend had done was not correct their mechanic Lewis saved the day to get the bike out of there in a timely fashion. Next time I will save all the hassle and call Michigan City Honda first to save a lot of time, hassle, and money. Thank you, Trixy, youre the best you saved the day. and Thank you to Mitchell their porter, and the technicians Lewis and Mike for going above and beyond what I expected in the limited amount of time that I would have expected. Save yourself time and money and go to them first. A+++ on customer service, knowledge, and pricing.

BAD,BAD,BAD, couldnt have been much worst, Took 2 dirt bike tires in to get mounted on rims, when I picked the tires up the front bead lock was sticking out between rim and tire, the rear tire bead was not seated properly on the rim and I was charged for a tube that they damaged, take them back, pick them up 2nd time front tire bead is not seated, rear tire had a piece of hard blue plastic between bead and rim. I was Quoted 37.50 for job but was charged 75.00 to mount 2 tires, what a rip off. Treated bad by customer service person. To top it off, after taking to another shop because rear tire wasnt holding air, found they (Michigan City Honda) destroyed the bead on brand new tire and punctured the new tube they charged me for

I bought a motorcycle tube from them because I like to spend money in the local economy. I took the tube home and had a friend who is a certified motorcycle mechanic put it in for me. The tube had a slow leak in it so he took it back out immediately. I took it back to MC Honda and they said it was my fault it had a hole in it. Im guessing I shouldve just taken it back and tell them I didnt need it anymore and got my money back (like the last person did), but then someone else would get stuck with it. I just thought it was bad customer service. Ill be buying my parts off Ebay from now on. Its cheaper.

WORST EXPERIENCE.... ..... It was at first great two people were assiting us showed a couple of scooters everything was goin good until we came back to pick r bike up they managed to sell the bike we wanted n held the wrong bike how does two people help and deal with you and still get the wrong item they refused to give us a deal they didnt care that they made the mistake they argued about the entire situation if you happen to still go there do not deal with mike he will pass u off and not care or make sure the went through the worst....

This place has the most unprofessional, unorganized service department of any dealership I have ever seen. They had my bike for 5 weeks to do a few repairs that "would only take a few hours to do". After waiting the 5 weeks I had to pick the bike up in pieces from them and take it to another dealership to get it fixed. The time estimates they gave me were wrong, and I got a different story every single time I went to check on the progress. I was very, very unhappy with the service I received.

They were real professional in selling me my used motorcycle. I had a problem with a gas leak and took it in to them. The technician found the problem and fixed it. When I went to pick it up they did not charge me for the repairs. I am very pleased with my service that i have gotten there. This is my second motorcycle i have bought from them and if love to ride i would urge you to stop in and see them. They will help you get on the road.

The service department here over charges. Why would it take 2 hours to change a chain and two sprockets!? Thats ridiculous! For a "experienced" mechanic to take 2 hours to change a chain and sprocket is insane, it shouldnt take a "experienced" mechanic more then a hour tops but definitely not two hours! Never plan on doing business here, at least in the service department.

Terrible experience! First time taking my quad to get fixed there they wrote up it being 300$ in labor to fix plus part cost... I looked up the parts my self and was only about 200$. I get a call a few days later, the guy at the shop says its 1100$ to fix my quad I was furious!!! Never going there again!!

Recently bought a used motorcycle, and they are AMAZING. They were so nice and understanding. They offered to deliver my bike to me, which I live about 45 min away for FREE. Considering they only have 6 workers, thats amazing! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a bike or even bike parts.

Brought quad in and had to pick it up and take it back in multiple times just so they could tell me they didnt know what was wrong. Thats your job. You diagnose and repair. Thanks for the waste of time and money. Would not recommend
