I have known of this dealership for the last 10 years. The parts department is helpful. This review is about the sales department and the way way way overpriced motorcycles. I have come to this dealership multiple times because they are the closest Honda dealership to me and every time they continue to disappoint. For the most part the sales associates generally know what they are talking about. I would personally recommend talking to James (The only not "pushy" salesperson). I always do research on motorcycles before I go look at them in person and to be honest no salesperson is going to sell me a motorcycle. I go to sit on the bikes and determine if I like it or not. Once I have determined I like the bike and want to talk about purchasing it is when I want to talk to the salesperson. Multiple times I have inquired about different bikes at this dealership and they quote me THOUSANDS of dollars ABOVE other dealerships. They also insulted me by trying to buy my bike for much less than its trade in value. If that was not enough when I politely told the salesman I was not even remotely interest in the motorcycle for that price and started to walk out the sales manager followed me out reassuring me that this was the cheapest price around. That following week I purchased the same motorcycle (even color) for over $2,000 less than this dealership quoted me at Sloans in Murfreesboro, TN. The motorcycle I purchased from Sloans also came with ABS (a $500 option) and the bike from the Honda dealership did not. I have lived in the Franklin/Brentwood/Cool Springs area for the last 16 years and have personally seen how fast this area has grown. If this dealership would be reasonable on there prices and get a new sales manager they would significantly increase there sales and customer satisfaction. UPDATE AFTER READING OWNER RESPONSE: I truly appreciate your timely response to my review and want to set the record straight for those who read it. My hope is that you will read this and make a change, not just write some words in a response and go about your day. It appears from your comments that you value my opinion. You mentioned that your process for valuing a bike goes through many different procedures. How is it that I got a quote in 10 minutes then? Please save your breath telling me you have "experts" and they know every year, make, model, color, etc. about all of the bikes and was able to give me a fair quote that quickly. If you truly do all of the things you say you do it would take more than 10 minutes to give me a reasonable trade in quote. The truth of the matter is you wanted to purchase my bike for less than a reasonable value and I dont blame you, who wouldnt want to spend less money on a bike than they have to, but is that a fair/ethical business practice? Own up to your short falls instead of trying to cover them up with some fancy sentences. I put a value on my bike based on the condition and current market. And if it is truly human nature to subjectively value something you own more than something you dont then the motorcycles that Honda of Cool Springs owns are all priced higher than a fair market value. I would also have to disagree with the low pressure sales environment you claim to have. When the sales manager follows you out of the store assuring you that they have the best price (when in fact they did not), I would not call that low pressure sales. I would classify that as pushy and unprofessional, but your sales manages obviously saw his actions as appropriate. The success your store has achieved over the years is largely due to the abnormal growth and wealth of Franklin/Brentwood/Cool Springs. Please dont be naive and think it is due to creating the "best deals possible". Honda of Cool Springs simply happened to be at the right location at the right time... To recap, I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision and the business can have the opportunity to improve.

well, after numerous bad experiences, ive decided to write this review. these are just some examples of why i will not be returning to cool springs honda. first, EVERYTHING is way overpriced here. i was shopping for tires, and this dealer ship quoted me $500 before tax, and about 3 days of waiting. sloans in murfreesboro quoted me 350 before tax, and that was with way better tires, it was done the same day i dropped it off. i asked to order a owners manual. sloans said theyd get me one for $16. Honda of CS wanted $60! i wanted to get my chain adjusted and lubed. sloans = $14. Honda of CS = $26 i took my bike (new to me, had only had it a few days), into honda cs to ask about the fuel gauge not coming on. the service manager (not just some employee, the actual service manager) told me if was definitely broken, and he wanted $180 to diagnose it, then more to fix it. it turns out, it works perfectly, its a fuel reserve gauge, not a fuel level gauge, so it only comes on when low on fuel. this guy was ready to charge me nearly 200 dollars to fix something that wasnt broken at all, just because he didnt know anything about the honda motorcycles that hes supposedly certified to work on!!! i can also verify that its incredibly difficult to get a parts service person on the phone, and the girls they have working the front desk dont even so much as put down their magazines, let alone acknowledge your presence when you walk in. so, if youre keeping track, thats alot of money i would have wasted if i trusted these guys with my motorcycle, and considering the astonishing lack of knowledge they have about honda motorcyles, you could very well end up riding out on an unsafe motorcycle. make the extra drive to murfreesboro to sloans if you want it done right, done quickly, and done for a reasonable price. oh, and the guys at sloans are very courteous and friendly. i will never go back to honda of CS -John

Bought a 2015 Pioneer 500 for a good price. They were not the cheapest (advertised over the phone) in TN, but had what I was looking for and was close. The first call I made to the dealer I asked about pricing and was told I would be called back the next day, never got the call and made the call back myself. Made a deal over the phone like I said it was a fair price on the machine and the sales team was friendly and answered my questions. The only problem I ran into was accessories when I got ready to purchase I wanted the stock wheels and tires swapped out for aftermarkets, so I found a set on the showroom floor (already mounted on other wheels) and asked if I could purchase those. After a long delay because they had to call some other manager I was told the tires and wheels mounted had to stay together. Need more wheel and tire packages to choose from, I would have rather rolled my machine out with them then instead of later. Once I got home and realized that the center caps on my stock wheels were missing I made a call to Ron and he expedited the 4 center caps to me quickly by mail since I live a couple hours away. Overall good people and knowledgeable staff.
