BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Booked an appointment online for July 23rd 2016 on July 20th 2016. Emailed them and told them my fourwheeler was cutting off and leaking fuel on the ground and in cylinder. Also had a noise coming from the cooling fan. Email said someone would call me but no one ever called so I called the service department and they said they are short on techs and running about three weeks behind but I could drop it off. I told them that was ok because working in a service department I can understand repairs take time. So on August 17th I called and waited forever for someone to tell me about my fourwheeler. He said they are still behind but I was next inline and he would call me Friday. I never got a call back so Monday I called but got sent to voice mail. I left a message on that Monday 22, Wednesday 24, and Thursday 25 guess what no call back. Finally on September 2nd I got someone who put me on hold for 27min so I called back on another phone for my dealership and told Taylor that I was checking on my fourwheeler and the other guy has had me on hold for almost 30min. He said sorry and told me I was next inline I told him I was told that weeks ago. He said he would call In a few days to let me know very nice guy. Well a few days went by and still no call. So I called on the Sep. 8th and guess what voicemail again left a message. Well the next week I waited for a call but no call. I got put in the hospital from the 15th of September to the 20th. So I called on the 22th and someone pickedup I asked for Taylor and I asked him again about my fourwheeler. He said runs great no problem ready for pick up I was blown away. I was like how can it be ready It had to be pushed off the trailer and took forever to get it to the shop. He put me on hold for 25min so I called back on my house phone and got Heather and I told her I was on hold and I needed to know the service managers name. She said asked what the problem was and I told her that they have had my fourwheeler for almost 2 months just to tell me it is ok. She was very nice and told me sorry and that they need help and that service was running behind. I told her to just tell whoever I was coming to get my fourwheeler well guess what taylor came back on the line and I told him the same thing. So September 23rd 2 months I go to pick it up. I walk in tell them I was there to pick up my fourwheeler and they tell me yep runs great just out of gas (lmao!!!! are you joking?) Yep runs great. I was pissed!!!!!! I was like how you get runs great it has no gas in it because like I told yall the fourwheeler leaks gas and fills the cylinder full of gas you have to pull the spark plug out to get it to free the engine up. OH I dont know that he said. So I was thinking to myself you kept my fourwheeler for 2 months because its out of gas BS!!! Why has no one called me I have left message? Oh we dont always get the messages/ omg what kind of service department is this. Its out of gas because it leaked out because the carburetor is messed up. After I tell him that he was like if you get some cleaner and run it and run it hard it will be ok. So nothing was wrong with my fourwheeler Im told. I was so pissed I just took It home. Also nothing said about my fans also. So get it home and guess what 20-30 min of riding cuts off on the trail. Spins over and over no start(RUNS GREAT LOL) so as I walk out of the woods I call and speak with Heather again just to let her know my fourwheeler left me in the woods. She told me she was going to email everyone and someone would call me guess what no call. This was my first time there for service and I promise my last time. I work in a service department and we cant get away with not calling people or giving there car back broken. I will be going back to Powersports of Greenville
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I went in to buy a 2015 Polaris RZR a few weeks ago. I bought around 4 grand of accessories and spent around 19,000.00 for my new toy. I was very excited. I was told that it would be finished that day and delivered to me. The next day I did not hear anything. I called and they were still working on it but it would be finished by 2 or 3 and it would be brought to me. I left work early to get home. It was delivered around 7 PM. It did not have the windshield, the back windshield and my original rims and tires. When he delivered the RZR he told me that the service MANAGER had been looking up parts for a Ranger and not RZR but he put a speaker system on the roof and other add ons that were kind of the same and would call me when the other stuff came in. Well now i cant take off my roof when I want to because the radio is up there and wires are going down my RZR which is NOT what i wanted. A week later i finally called them to see where my windshield was... to my surprise " it had JUST came in"...yea right. He said he would come at 6 and install it but would give me a call first. That night I got home around 8 without hearing anything. I opened my garage and the seats were off my RZR, the back windshield was barley handing on and the front windshield was still in the box. It was not put on because it does not fit with the roof that they installed without my permission and my tires and rims were still not anywhere to be found. I am so upset with this whole experience. I will absolutely never buy anything from these guys again.3 weeks into this and i still have a windshield that does not fit right, no tires and rims and a horrible taste in my mouth. All they care about is the sale and commission and then they are done. I have bought 2 UTVs from them thinking the next time will be different. I am warning all of you guys. These guys have ZERO customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!! Update: Scheduled to bring my two ATVs to get serviced last saturday. It was SCHEDULED. I then called THURSDAY and they have not even looked at them yet. I cant believe this company. I honestly cant understand how they are still even in business. Such horrible staff, managment, and group of people. I will NEVER bring or buy anything to them again. They clearly dont care about thier customers.
Walked in with eyes on an 850 Sportsman they had in stock. Salesman approached and I asked if they had a 1000 in stock. He left to check his computer for inventory and I continued to stroll the bikes and quads. Finally, after several minutes, I walk over to his desk. Sitting at his desk with him is another salesman, foot propped on a chair and hands behind his head. Both salesmen were discussing a lanyard for a PWC key. My original salesman was supposed to be checking inventory for me but instead he and his buddy were sitting back hashing out a problem of another customer wanting a different colored lanyard. All while completely ingnoring me standing at their desk. Just to be clear, the original salesman approached me while I was looking at atvs. I didnt butt into the middle of an established deal on lanyards already in the works While walking around waiting for the salesman to return, I overheard another customer looking for the exact unit I had loaded in my truck in the parking lot and ready to trade in on a newer unit. This could have easily been a 2 atv sale between the sale of my trade in and my atv purchase. Not sure what went wrong on your end today but your customer service practices walked me straight out your front door and on to another dealership.
