ZERO STARS! I created a google+ account just to write this review so that NO ONE uses this business. WHAT AN AWFUL BUSINESS! I told the owner I would be writing up this review so here it is! DONT GO TO PAPA WHEELIE! They do BAD BAD BAD business and dont care about their customers AT ALL! She didnt offer to fix it or give me an portion of my money back. WHAT A SCAM! Heres the story: I had a moped that I used in another city where it was safe to use. I moved to Greenville, SC and needed to have it repaired. I took it to Papa Wheelie and they said no problem, they would have it running shortly. When I got around to picking it up, they had to replace three things and with labor, they charged me $222.50. That was fine and I paid it and took the moped. The guy who helped us get it onto the trailer told me that the battery wouldnt stay charged for more than 24 hours, so I would need to get a new battery. I eventually did this and the bike still didnt work. I had my father come look at it and he said it was probably the carburetor, THE SAME REASON I TOOK IT IN TO GET FIXED. I called and left numerous messages and never heard back. I know I called the correct number, because they have a voice mail box. That took place in SEPTEMBER! Today, I finally spoke to a lady that answered the phone. She said she would look into when the bike was picked up. She called me back and said that she couldnt do anything for me as it had been past 30 days of when Id picked it up. I explained I dont use the moped up here and that after getting a new battery and having my dad look at the thing, it was after 30 days. She didnt care. I asked to speak to the owner and she said she was the owner! I let her know I felt I had been stolen from. When I got the moped back, the plastic paneling hadnt even been popped back into place, there were 1/10th of the screws holding them into place put back on it from their "repairs", and IT STILL DOESNT CRANK! When we picked it up, there were parts and pieces falling out of it! What kind of business does this to people!

I recently bought a GoKart from Papa Wheelies they never followed up with delivery until I called them back and then they scheduled my delivery with me, which in itself would not be post worthy. However less than a week later our Gokart isnt working we did not damage this machine in any way whatsoever. My kids road it around our subdivision a few times nothing more nothing less. When I called for some help the girl who answered the phone was unbelievably rude, I was simply asking for someone i could talk to over the phone to help me possibly diagnose the problem. She said she would pass on the number, after five more phone calls over the next day and a half i finally got a different women on the phone, she tried to help me, then put me on hold. I waited 19 minutes and no one ever picked up. I called back over and over but the phone was busy. THIS IS THE WORST customer service you could ever imagine. I will never purchase anything from them again. I spent just over $2,000 and they could absolutely care less after they have the money. BUYER BEWARE.

WORST place to do business with!! zack will give you the run around!! They should have their doors closed!! I will be making a formal complaint to the better business bureau!!! I had to pick up the bike for Christmas Santa gift and it was not the same size that they showed me!! Soo misleading and their feeling of intitlement is just unbeliveable!! The front wheel caliber was flopping around beating against the front tire the first time the dirt bike was ridden!! I fixed it myself just to not have to mess with zack!! ALL they want is your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Take my advice and go to the place on Laurens Rd. in Greenville, SC STAY AWAY and save yourself a lot of STRESS!!!!!

Cant even get a scooter serviced, if its a scooter they dont like. All I needed was a diagnosis as to why mine wont start. I didnt even want work done to it, and they still said no. Poor customer service. They answer the phone like they feel entitled. Funny, I thought the customer paid their salaries.

Horrible customer service, owner (Zach) acts with complete disregard to customers. Paid very money for a go cart, broke after very little use. Its currently in for repairs and has been for over 2 months and still not fixed. New excuse every time I can get in touch with them.

Bought 50cc moped from them few years back. It broke down in weeks with bad engine. Air leak. Bad tires bad carb. Bad head light. Fuel filter. Gaskets. Its as if the bike was just tossed together. Dont spend your money here

These guys lied to me about engine size of one they sold me. Dont expect a straight answer for anything. Learn to fix your own Moped and buy broke down ones for the parts. They want way too much for parts. They suck.
