Overall a good experience at Chicago Fine Motors :). Thanks to Matt for suggesting that I try to work the numbers with the Volkswagen Jetta SE that I ended up getting! He was patient and kept going back to the manager to see if we could get the price down several times. He also waited for me until the very end when I had to dump ALL my stuff from my old car into my new one. Also Cisco was very helpful in assisting with the sale and making sure I was comfortable during the process. He even stayed and helped me when I couldnt find my insurance card as he was literally walking out the door to go home! He also followed up and made sure I was happy with my purchase even though he wasnt my sales person! Lastly, Id like to mention the Finance guy, Bob. He was soo nice and funny to boot! Made a big decision a lot more comfortable to make and gave me several financing scenarios to choose from and explained them all to see what was best for me. Thanks so much, guys!

Came to this place recently to look at a few cars I saw online. I didnt come in with the intent to buy and told them that to begin with; staff was very respectful of that. They werent pushy and I never once felt pressured by sales staff to buy anything. The showroom was clean and organized, and the cars were detailed and presentable. After checking out the cars that caught my eye, I spoke with sales staff about specifically what I was looking for and Ill definitely be keeping in touch with them. Their finance department was also helpful, going through different financing options in case I wanted to go that route. Im looking forward to hopefully doing business with these guys in the future!

Bought Volkswagen beetle here. Told me the only thing wrong was 3 windows need regulator replaced. Told me it would be about $90 to fix passenger window. $450 later it is fixed. Parking brake didnt work because back brakes need replaced and the calipers were frozen for the emergency brake. Overdue for an oil change by 3 months according to the window sticker. One speaker was blown. No lights outside at the dealer so I had to use my flashlight to try to see the car. After I got it home and in the light, noticed a dent in the passenger door, rims were scraped up bad, rust at the driver door handle. I know used cars are not perfect but, tell the real truth about the cars you are selling.

UNBELIEVABLE!! WENT HERE TO PURCHASE A 2013 SMART CAR WITH 85K MILES ON IT!! I TOLD THEM TO RUN MY CREDIT 1 TIME AND THEY AGREED!! NOT ONLY DID THEY GUNSHOT MY CREDIT!! RAN ME THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT BANKS!! ALL BANKS EVEN AGREED AND TOLD ME THESE PEOPLE ARE SELLING THIS CAR WAY MORE THAN WHAT ITS WORTH!! THIS CAR IS ONLY WORTH 3K BUT THEY ARE SELLING IT FOR 6K AND KEEP IN MIND THERE ARE NO SPECIAL FEATURES ADDED ON CAR BESIDES ALL THE DAMAGE!! BACK WIPER AND ETC!! I REALLY DONT APPRECIATE THIS DEALERSHIP!! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!! THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME BACK IN REGARDS TO DEAL AND THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided false inaccurate car fax report. When confronted by carfax report continued to try and lie about it. Use auto check because there carfax report they provide is inaccurate. False advertisement as well provides pictures showing good looking vehicles but in person not ! I spent 350.00 on pre inspection and found out vehicle was piss poor condition by Zeigler Maserati. Do not purchase from this company . I am service member stationed in Alaska there is no reason I have to lie. I just dont want someone else to get taken advantage. Definitely do pre buy inspection if you dont believe me.. Chicago fine motors should be ashamed of themselves !!!

I had prompt, friendly, attention. I called ahead because I drove about 130 miles to this dealership to see a Toyota they had in stock. They had the car waiting for me. They went out of their way to show me car fax, show me little scratches and help me find a branch of our bank near them. I got the car I wanted paid what I expected to pay and felt like I made some Friends. They all made buying a car a fun and pleasant experience. Great staff ... my sales reps were Cisco & Tom .. they were both very patient with me and worked hard to get me everything I wanted from vehicle details to financing. Bob took care of me in financing and gave me to best coverage and payment option I could expect from a dealer! Other than the time consuming process (which happens at every car dealership) my experience was great and I left very satisfied. Thanks guys ! Buying a Nissan is a good choice in itself but going to Chicago Fine Motors for the purchase made everything even better. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience here, false advertisement and lots of junk cars that are not well maintained. Bought a car in February drove it for 3 days and had to spend over 1000 dollars fixing it. I called and asked what they lied to me about and the manager said to me "its your problem now" exact words I was blown away. Bunch of younger not so gentleman like "dudes" running the place out of a storage unit pretty much. All I have to say is buyer beware! If you have other choices make this one a last resort. Chicago fine motors= junk cars

Bad experience 1 st off price was different online than what it was when I arrived. 2nd very unprofessional, they claimed they are a "laid back" dealer but if you call some kid wearing a backwards hat, gym shoes, shorts and no manners laid back I want no part of it, gave me a trade in price for my vehicle without them even looking at it, no wiggle room on price whats so ever, felt like i needed to either take there deal or leave, dont recommend this dealership unless you dont care about customer service then go for it

I just purchased a 2013 JETTA SE from Chicago Fine Motors and I am very very satisfied with my car.The price was was in my budget,and BOB,TOM and PHIL went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.The car had brake problems,they were replaced on the spot front and rear for free,WOW... They made sure before I drove off the lot my JETTA was running smooth.Id like to thank PHIL ,TOM and BOB for everything.I will tell all my friends and family about my positive experience at Chicago Fine Motors.

My brother and I both bought Jettas this weekend and we couldnt be happier. The whole staff treated us like family and treated us to coffee and donuts in the AM. Although the dealer was busy on a Saturday, our salesman Tom gave us the attention we needed and helped us negotiate a fair deal. He was straight to the point and was not looking to sugarcoat or be the typical car salesman. Once we save more money, we will be back!

Went in and bought a 03 BMW and was told it was in great condition. After spending thousands on the car I have had to invest in $2000 in repairs after only one month. I had to replace a battery they put in because they used an old dead battery. Ive had to fix a key fob they said wasnt working because the battery was dead. The oil life was bad and the list goes on. Save your money and go elsewhere.
