I have known Steve Hensley for 15 plus years, as he helped furnish offices for my brother and, later, myself, when I established my own law practice. Steve has given me great deals on new and used furniture, called me when the type of file cabinets I needed came in, and repaired anything that needed it (I bought used furniture, but he would make it look almost new). When I heard Steve moved on to Atlanta Office Liquidators, Inc., I contacted him about a desk. I sent a photo of a damaged desk that I was looking to replace. Then, I went to the site, and spoke with someone working there (Steve was on vacation but emailed me a couple times even when on vacation) who told me that they could, perhaps, repair the desk that I had. The desk now looks almost new after the "furniture whiz" came to my office to repair it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Steve Hensley to address any of your furniture needs. If there is a problem after delivery, he will rectify it.
I would NOT recommend this establishment. Being a Facility Manager for almost a decade, I have utilized many furniture vendors. We purchased 4 fire-proof cabinets from AOLI sight unseen. I was assured the cabinets were in like-new condition and they had plenty to select from. I told them to bring me the 4 best. One didnt have any brackets and one was FULL of confidential bank loan documents which included all the pertinent information you dont want anyone to have access to. I phoned them immediately and alerted them to the situation and they assured me they would take care of. I have since called/e-mailed them no less than 6 times in 5 months and they still have not rectified either issue. ADDENDUM: After posting I received a call from the owner apologizing. He came out personally and met with me and rectified the issues.
I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Atlanta Office Liquidators and I could not be happier with the experience. First the staff was tremendously helpful in working with the space we were trying to fill. They helped us plan and layout everything before we purchased the first piece of furniture. This was a very helpful touch because it let us know exactly what we needed for our space not just what we thought would look good. Once we decided what we needed, we were taken into the showroom / warehouse (which is one of seven they have i was informed) and the selection was amazing. We found what we needed and we were able to save %70 off what we would have paid new for the same furniture. I would highly recommend them to my friends as well as business partners.
Ive been needing a new desk for a while and had heard a lot of great things about Atlanta Office Liquidators. I decided to take the trip down to their shop and boy was I impressed! They had every kind of desk imaginable. I needed a desk with enough room to hold a computer as well as a few other office supplies. I was helped by a kind gentleman who showed me numerous models and explained what was different about each one. I saw a particular desk that I had seen online, but this one was half the price! It was an attractive desk that came with a keyboard slide and a few other nice features. It had plenty of work space and even had drawers for storage. I bought the desk and have been very happy with it.
What more can I say about Atlanta Office Furniture! Other than the BEST experience I have had with a vendor for my company. Jamaine helped me through 24 different email exchanges about all of the questions and concerns I had in several different furniture options.And to be honest, I am probably one of the smaller companies they have dealt with, but they treated me like I had a million dollar order. Pricing actually beat out Ikea! They are a jewel of a local company, I would recommend anyone who will listen. Location is very easy to get to, right off 75 and Howell Mill (Just past TopGolf on the right). Thank you so much guys! looking forward to working with you in the future!
After calling around to several retailers, we had the pleasure of working very closely with Vicki at AOLI (Northeast) and had one of the most outstanding customer service experiences, EVER. Vicki was pleasant, she was prompt, she was resourceful, she was accessible... she was exactly everything we needed! We had a specific target to hit on a tight deadline and I dare say we couldnt have done it without Vicki and AOLI. It was like having an extra person on our team! Combined with an excellent product at a competitive price, we found the whole AOLI experience exceeded our every expectation. I am VERY glad I found Atlanta Office Liquidators! I was BLOWN AWAY by both the incredible selection of office furniture they offered and by the heavily reduced prices. The furniture I found for our office was HIGH QUALITY, BRAND NAME desks and chairs and a few end tables for reception. It was in excellent condition and works great in our space. Again, Im glad i found this place and will highly recommend to others in the market for used office furniture (or new for that matter). I will also be back soon for a few more pieces!
I am writing to post a POSITIVE review for Atlanta Office Liquidators. I dont normally take the time to leave reviews but in this case, it is well worth my time based on the fact that they just SAVED my company THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Not only did we save a lot of money but also, the customer service was incredible. We were treated like royalty while visiting their very impressive showrooms and had sales guys who seemed to genuinely care that we got what we were looking for at a great price. Bottom line: Well be back!
Great service, selection and pricing. Donnie Reilly is the person to see...his service and expertise is exceptional. Hugh selection to pick from. Donnie put together a package deal for our company that was perfect. The prices were half compared to other sources. Plus, they delivered and installed. I highly recommend Donnie and his team of professionals!!
