Six months ago I went in and bought a bed set, a dining room table with four chairs and a couch set. I paid for their next-day service where the guys come out to deliver and put the furniture together. The dining room chairs were loose from the beginning, but I continued to tighten them. The slats on the bed were loose after a month. Today the middle price of my bed slid down. Having enough of fixing furniture that I paid for less than six months ago, I walked into the Marietta location and talked to Yvonne. When I first told her she looked panicked and walked into the office where she called someone, Im guessing a manager. She comes back to tell me there is nothing they can do because no one has ever complained about their furniture falling apart, and that there is only a three day warranty. 3 DAYS!!!! Who has a three day warranty?!! This is not something I was told in the beginning. That wouldve been a red flag. So I asked what they could do and she said nothing. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and she said "Why they will tell you the same thing." I spent over $1000 in this store in cash and I cant get my furniture worked on, replaced or even a discount on a different product. There was no offers of anything. She even had the nerve to ask if I took care of my furniture. There is no way that this place has never had a complaint before. Trust me stay away from there. The furniture is cheap and will not last. Spend a little more on something that will last. I guess I got what I spent. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

They sold me a leather sectional that broke in a few days of extremely light use of one 127 pound female. They said that they would try to fix it as if they were doing me a favor and informed me that my sectional was out of warranty. When asked why a brand new sectional was out of warranty, they said "its not us..the warranty is by the manufacturing company." A week later they called me and said they couldnt fix my couch but will give me 200$ for the malfunctioning part. I informed them that I wanted a functioning couch not $200. They finally replaced the couch. We brought the couch home, I did my daily chores and as I sat down after my day was over, the couch literally collapsed!!! They have told me that they will not do anything for me..... The leg of the couch couldnt take 127 pounds!!! The frame broke. Cheap furniture, cheap customer service, flawed product.... STAY AWAY...I wish someone had warned me.
