If there is 0 star, I absolutely will give this store 0 ! The people who work in this store are definitely jerks! I bought a scarf about one week ago. I feel it kind too bright for me so I went there again see if I can find something else I like better. While I was looking for new stuff, a security gard told me" Madam, go wait here to do return ." I gotta shocked " what do you mean? I have to do return first?( there is no such thing called exchange?!) " Fine! Return then! After I wait about 10 mins, a woman finally served me but she did totally wrong thing! She charged me again! Then I ask her" you suppose refund to me right? BUT I saw you recharge me." She didnt even say SORRY or anything else about what she did! Just ask her coworker to help her fix it. After everything is done, I asked the proof of void recharge(yeah, she didnt even brought out this), she gave me a small receipt which shows void amount and she said I cant take it with me! Ok fine! I took pic of it and told her Ill call back if anything goes wrong. Guess what she said! She said "COME BACK if anything is wrong" WTF! Why I have to come back why cant call back first! And where is your right manner to customers?! The people who work in this store are totally no manners! ! Wont shopping at this 50 Hartz Way, Secaucus NJ Gucci store anymore!!
The shopping experience went well until it was time to pay. Guccis credit card Machine allows the manager to profile who they would like to except cash from versus charge cards or debit card. Attempted to use both charge cards older female supervisor that the cards were not working. She swiped the card and immediately said they were declined she never asked credit debit and never asked for a pin number.reached out to my Bank while at the Gucci was advised that they were no holds or concerns with either of my credit cards. Upon returning to the store 20 minutes later another staff person attempted to try the cards this time the card machine ask for a credit or debit but this still was the problem. Cash was paid but keep in mind that many customers before me were paying my credit or debit and the machine was working fine. Gucci staff need to understand that racial profiling should not take place in any retail busssiness is people of color work hard and have the money to spend just as much as others. What is most surprising during this experience is that I have shopped at that location many many times for years but majority of the time Im coming from work today I was off from work so I was dressed down but in any event only allow for me to reconsider any future shopping at Gucci.
I like Gucci store & price but most of salespersons so nasty & mean I cant believe it ! u have to fired every person at your store or teach how to be friendly to every customers ! James only right person must work there !!! He always nice & try to help & do his best ! That store remind me "Pretty woman "movie with Julia Roberts (when she shopped at store ) I taught shopping for fun not an obligation ! I feal so upset when I shop at that store !!!
The sales person Stellah was really nice and very helpful got some boots and a belt however I brought my honeys stuff back to exchange the size and after we were done we started looking at the bags. The security guard came over and asked if we needed something. So my guy said we just did an exchange then the guard said do you want me to hold the bag while you shop as he was already touching the bag as if it wasnt an option
Excellent customer service experience. I tried on 6 pairs of sneakers walked around with 2 purses to see which one matched the sneakers. The staff was great. My cc was declined because i have fraud protection on it. As soon as i verified that it was me, the transaction went through. The rep was patient and kept my items bagged up as i spoke to the cc company. I will definitely go back. Their prices are terrific.
Drove 4 hours here from MD. They have no restroom for paying customers, its located in an industrial park so its surrounded buy warehouses. The store itself is clean and well-kept however the employees are not pleasent whatsoever! I walked in expecting to shop til i dropped but their selection of shoes and bags are very limited. Wouldnt waste my time here when the NY Gucci Outlet is about an hour away
Ive visited this location several times. I purchased a very nice bag. The staff have been nice and I have also encountered rudeness. I have made it a practice to leave my pocketbook in my car when I go to this outlet because they treat you as if you come there to steal. My last visit instead of a salesperson assisting me, I received the "courtesy" of the security guard following me around.
I hate using the color card but it is very apparent the sales associates only notice you if you are white. I wasnt offered any assistance, I waited online for a long time to purchase an overnight bag only to be dismissed by the cashier as she assisted the "white" couple behind me. I left without purchasing the bag I fell in love with.
Well kept, nice stock, good display. Very friendly helpful staff - helped me choose a great leather backpack at a nice discount. Surprised by how good the stock was - and was no trouble to check for other sizes. Would def. visit again. One star off for not having much stock in fat boy sizes!!
EXCELLENT!! is the adjective to best describe customer service from the moment you step into the door and greeted by Mr Joe. Though its an outlet store dont expect any less the professionalism is still present. Prices are well if in the Secaucus NJ area drop in. Hello Mustafa
Amazing prices if you compare them to what is "Retail" for Gucci! I walked out with a BEAUTIFUL pair of Mens Lo Top Gucci Shoes for Only $299 EVEN, NO TAX! I ALMOST ordered the same pair from the Gucci website for over $500. Great thing I came here first!
Sales guy James was super helpfull he send me pic of two bags to make sure i be happy with purchase. I was surprised when i came 10 min before closing everything was ready packed for me and James even came out to shake my hand. Would deff. Recommend
A woman with red hair works there, not sure of her name but do not let her help you. She is extremely rude and is absolutely no help. She is a horrible sales person and should be fired. I am not one to post reviews but this woman is HORRIBLE.

It is OPEN. Its true it isnt a fancy mall. But you can find great deals at Carters, Childrens Place, Van Heusen, and Bass. I frequent those stores often and save a lot of money. It closes rather early so make note of that.
The guy James was very nonchalant when we access Beechwood manager he said he was the store manager at the time and I asked to speak with someone else find a happy customer will not be attending that store any longer
