Needs better salemanship for the following reasons: No signage for product interested in purchasing. Another customer and I had similar questions regarding a product and the employee couldnt give us a simple & straightforward answer. Requesting either signage or employees who can demonstrate thorough knowledge of stores products and make sales pitches. Instead, two customers walked away without making an expensive purchase. Disappointed.

Although Im not the biggest fan of fabrics, my wife is, so I found myself in this store. Its huge, and the staff here was pretty helpful to my wife. they have LOTS of stuff. Unfortunately because Im not familiar with the market, I cant say much about prices how their prices are. Due to the number of people when I went there though (late), Im betting theyre good.

They have a great selection of arts and crafts stuff. My only major issue was that we couldnt find anyone to help us find specific items, which ended up costing our family over 45 minutes of searching all over the store. The staff that were there are very nice though, just poorly understaffed. I have had this experience at least 3 times now.

This is the first place you would think of if you need something for arts and crafts! You can find here everything for drawing, knitting, and others. It is almost heaven for artistic person, my wife can spend an hour here just getting in for buttons or brushes.

Has lots of hobby and craft items, both for adults and kids. Extensive cloth department, take-a-number cutting table, often operated by several attendants. Great for the quilter, or for the costumer. Frequently updated seasonal department located as you enter.

Awesome Store. However, the staff is very unpleasant. Almost everyone I encountered all the way down to the cashier was unfriendly. I wanted to make sure I wrote this review in all fairness, so I waited until my 3rd trip.

The quality of your quilting fabric has gone down. it is now like muslin not percale. The thread count is extremely low. I am very disappointed. please return to making excellent quality quilting fabric.

Decent selection with poor retail service. If you know exactly what you need, its a good store with easy parking. If you need help, you will have to ask other shoppers. Store lighting is very nice.

One if the only craft stores that carry fabric, sewing patterns, zippers, serger thread. This store us great with some very pretty fabric, even flannel and corduroy.
