Ive made some great purchases here. Bedding, furniture, rugs and decor. Most of these things are still for sale at Pottery Barn at the time of purchase and to this day. I bought an $800 rug recently for about $200 and that rug is currently in stores. I love this place. Things are very well -made and stylish. They also have many days where you get an extra percentage off certain categories of items on top of the outlet price. Ill be back very soon.

This place is so inconsistent with information. Every time I call, Im told conflicting stories. The girl I just spoke to was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone. I would think for Pottery Barn they would have a certain standard, with knowledgable employees; however, seeing this is an outlet Im guessing that is not a requirement.

Weve never struggled to find something to suit our needs. The staff is very helpful and willing to answer phone questions prior to the drive so we know what we want is there. The recent transition to featuring more furniture is a real bonus, and we always check there first.
