Its an ok store. They have good service and great stuff.....except for the Hunting/Gun Dept. Every time we go there, we wait an average of 30 mins to an 1 hr before they actually help attend us and let us see some of their products. Last time we went with was 2 days ago, we saw these two guys admiring an AR, and 1 guy helping out a customer. We waited so long that we saw this guy get mad and just leave. I know cause he was cursing. But before that, we were there a week ago. Last week we were there with a employee helping us out. But then all of a sudden, he takes off to attend another customer. We ask we he left, and he tells us that hes "busy" that customer. We wait 40 mins before another employee helps us. This guy is the best one of all. He helped us out and was in a hurry to help out others. So this guy, I respect. Well, that sums it up. Good but bad service at the Hunting/Guns Dept.

I love this place because of the décor, you can get lost in it! Big store ( like most bass pros). Its nice enough that foreign tourists visit it. What I didnt like was the return policy. I bought a 308 bolt action, and a week later academy had the same one 50 dollars cheaper at least! So I went back with the receipt. The customer service counter spent 30 minutes having me there trying to prove that it wasnt the same rifle! Lame excuses came out," they have to have it in stock" then they called all the academies in the valley then claiming it was the wrong model or it didnt come with the scope. Till finally they were satisfied that I wasnt a warlock. I did get my money back. So buyer beware, (cuz I wasnt) do your price check before you do a big buy.

Terrible service at the financing dept for boats. The service rep. did a terrible job at putting our information together and submitting to banks. After being told that we were approved we had to wait 2 weeks for correct boat to be shipped.. after it got here we had to wait for her to submit a bill to show residency.. after another week we had to wait to be told that we were denied because our forms showed two different addresses. We went from approved to denied because of an address, wtf? Do your boat shopping somewhere else.. this is definitely not the place you want to do it at.. the financing staff run by one inept employee will screw over your application.

Ok so it was my very first long distance ride on my Diamondback Overdrive EXC electric bike. I did not know what to expect. I traveled 40 miles from Mission to Harlingen. When I arrived I asked the customer service assiciate if I could chargemy electric bike. She said yes go right ahead. I shopped, I had a great double meet burger with fries and before I knew it I my bike was fully charged. I meet the manager Jesse and Mike. I hope to go a bit further on my next ride and travel by electric bike to South Padre Island after charging my bike at Bass Pro Shop. They are electric bike friendly. Thanks guys.

esta increíble la tienda, súper grande y hay un montón de cosas, como de campamento, cacería, deportes al aire libre, lanchas, etc., vale la pena aun que no compres conocerla por que la decoración esta muy padre, casi no parece tienda, un tanto lejos de McAllen, pero si bien vale la pena la vuelta

I just wanted to say thank you to Robin in Customer Service. She really did everything she could to get my situation handled. With getting different answers from everyone in management. It made my return process be a huge headache. Robin kept her composure and made multiple phone calls so my return could be resolved! Robin is 5 star employee. The reason behind the 4 star rating is that I would have like to see management be able to make a decision. But in the end it all came together and I am thankful for that! Returned a motorguide i3 and purchased a motorguide i5.

Well I no longer shop there unless its online put it that way. Try to get them to honor a competitors ad and you feel like a shoplifter even if you have the ad they are going to look it up online and they still will come up with an excuse not to honor it. No wonder I never see a line at the registers and never have to wait, I wonder what Harlingen is going to do with all that space when they close it. With all the employees you would expect it to be easy to get someone to help, but just walk by someone with a credit application and they are all over you.

Waited 1-1/2 hrs to get a lane with a 1hr time limit. When we finally started bowling, the drinks and leftovers from the previous party had not been removed. By the time they removed the dishes, they still did not wipe down the table top. We also waited for over two hrs to try and get a table to eat. We had a party of 12 and then they tried to seat us in two booths... WTF! We wanted to be together not split up. We waited an extra 30mins to try and be seated cuz we were told the other party just left... Well, 30mins is too long... We left.

Es un excelente lugar para comprar ropa de segunda. Existe una muy buena organización en la ropa, ya que esta acomodada por departamentos. No hay necesidad de comprar ropa nueva ya que aquí existe ropa en excelentes condiciones y a un muy buen precio.

To the person with the bad review about waiting if u went now there are no waits customer service is just fine im sure you were one of the people that wanted to do it all right when the store opened all of the entire valley was there hello.....love bass pro it makes me feel like im not in the valley. Food is not gourmet but its still good.I was served timely without any waits store itself you can beat anywhere in the valley

Talk about a Wonder Land! Bass Pro Shop was all that and more! Great for the Sportsmans Attire, Fishing Gear, Big Boy Toys "Boats" plus so much more! Experience what we did when we exited our vehicles; before we even entered this business, we were amazed at the exterior aswell. I heard they even had a restaurant and bowling alley. Thatll be next on our agenda.

Definitely one of the best looking retail stores in Harlingen, and also the smallest Bass Pro Ive ever been to. (Which makes shopping obviously more convenient anyways.) Obviously expect higher prices here than whats standard in the Valley, as the Bass Pro chain marks everything up. If you want better value, youre better off visiting Academy or Wal-Mart.

Wait time for customer service was slow. Not enough staff for customers waiting. Service desk employee did not call for help. Waited over 20 minutes for rewards card and then had to wait for customer service personnel to figure out how to get computer up to work. Was not impressed.
