Never again will I be shopping at this Ross location. My mom lives in Pennsylvania and for Christmas my mom bought me clothes, shoes, and a wallet for Christmas. Well, my mom forgot to add the gift receipt to the package she mailed down. I decided the shoes and wallet werent for me. I went in and waited twenty minutes in line to be helped for a return. Then the manager on duty, Hannah, waited on me. I explained the situation and told her I had a picture of the receipt on my phone to show the prices that were paid. She didnt even want to see it. She told me she needed my ID. I didnt have it on me and she said ok well than youre going to have to come back. I said "but I have the receipt on my phone?" She didnt care and waited my ID. I went back to my car and found my ID and went back in to finish up the return. The whole time she seemed bothered and acted like she didnt want to be waiting on me. I will shop at another place where as the customer I am respected. I cannot stand rude employees.

I needed to do an exchange. I had the receipt for one item and not another... the one I had the receipt for didnt have a tag but thats how it was purchased. The young lady helping me was new and asked if could hold on while she figured out what was next I said no worries. The other young lady looks through my items and tells me this cant be exchanged while tossing the item at me. I explain to her thats how the item was purchased and that it was on the receipt. That the cashier at the other locations said in would have no issues. She said well you can go there then. She was so rude and on top of that was completely unprofessional. I understand and Im not stupid. All I needed was yes or no, I wasnt going to fight back.

My husband was hurt at this Ross dress for less on University Blvd, in Round Rock TX, July 31st 2016. He went to the ER in Williamson County. His medical bills are more than 10,000 dollars. Ross dress for less has denied any liability insurance and referred us to the manufacturer. Chubb insurance out of California. We got an email from a Sara Campbell and a very rude phone call from a David Lee. Now they will not return our phone calls or emails. It has been almost 6 months and the hospital and ambulance service wants to be paid. Please dont get hurt at Ross dress for less. They do not care about the customer and they will not pay your medical bills.

Rudest employees ever! we brought our 1 year old neise to the store and they complained us having a baby bottle with milk? This is ridiculous i dont understand how such selfish employees work here complaining about a baby bottle with milk? What do they want a crying baby around the store? Will never come here again! If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
