Excellent! Fast shipping, reasonable prices and great customer service. It was a gift for my nieces birthday on Saturday. They had an item in stock that was hard to find. I ordered it at 5pm Wednesday night and they shipped next day. I paid $5 extra (standard shipping was free) for shipping hoping itd get here before her bday. The package arrived today due to the fact that were both in Michigan and paying extra covered priority mail. Im so happy. They packaged the funko pop figure well too. Shes going to love it. Shes obsessed with Overwatch. I definitely will order again.

I play magic at this store all the time and I love it, not only as a magic player but as a customer in general. Jeff, the owner of the store and the online business Galactic Deals, is very business savvy and highly reasonable. His deals on cards are very good, and his events are all supported adequately to make them worth choosing to participate in as players. His staff are all knowledgeable and friendly as well, and able to answer any question you might have about product. Definitely a great place to go

I love just going here and hanging out for any events that have. The cashier Kyle is one of the most friendly and charismatic person youll ever meet. The other staff are great too, but Kyle really shines. The people working there really know about what theyre selling, and are passionate about it. Its just a pleasant experience all around. This is a great place to buy Funko pops, Gundam figurines, and singles of pokemon trading cards.

Its quiet, respectful atmosphere is good for kids. Best prices for card events in grand rapids. LARGE collection of figurines/models and the owner can get it fast if he doesnt have what you want in stock. Staff is knowledge able on most games and willing to play but still prioritize costumers who are shopping over playing a game themselves.

Ive been spending way too much time and money here lately. Super clean store, great selection of games and cards, and an incredible staff. I always leave happy and with way less money than arriving. They also host some lovely tournaments as well. All in all my favorite toy/game store in West Michigan.
