This company needs to send training people in and train EVERYONE on how to work there. I had to order an item from the Toys R Us ebay store after calling to confirm they had the item in stock (but would not hold it) because their main website said they were out (this I cannot fault them for, they dont manage the website). But when my husband arrived to pick up the item wed already paid for, it took them about an hour total to get the thing sorted out, because they, including the store manager, had no idea you could do in-store pickup through eBay. Then, they wouldnt add a protection plan on it because we "had to do that when we bought it online," which wasnt an option through eBay. They also "couldnt" add the purchase to our Toys R Us Rewards. So, as the previous reviewer stated, the managment are idiots. In actuality, the original employee (non-manager) to help knew more than the Store Manager herself. So really they just need to scrap the SM and hire in someone who knows how retail works. We will not be back to this location.

Waited over 45 minutes for a in-store pickup. Finally left because no one came to help. 2 hours later I got an email that my order had been picked up. Went to the store and asked to speak to a manager, who refused to speak with me. The employee who attempted to help couldnt find my order, didnt know anything about it, couldnt look it up, and finally after another 30 minutes of arguing she finally gave me one off the shelf. I will never online order again. Absolutely ridiculous.

The store is pretty well organized just always seems like they have a short selection of boys toys. I never can find exactly what Im looking for. I also dont like that they only have the customer service desk open as a register. You have to walk quite a bit to get around to where you came in. It just doesnt make sense. But other than that their cashiers are nice and store personnel are usually pretty helpful.

Always wondered why the place is so dead, the assistant manager and the store manager were both idiots!!! Had to do 5 separate transactions on 1 order just to use coupons. Really?! So if you dont have patience and time to waste, you definitely shouldnt shop here.

I love Toys R Us and they usually have good prices on all their toys. But their registers are the slowest registers of any store Ive been to recently. In this day and age lines should not go that super slow! Especially for a place that services kids!

I was at toys r us on Friday 7/14/17 around 4ish. Someone named John went out of his way to help me get what I needed for my granddaughter. He made for a very pleasant visit. Awesome customer service John. Keep up the good work.

While it they have a good selection of products if your having trouble locating anything or if there website says the store has it in stock it is nearly impossible to find any employee for assistance or questions.
