I only gave this place a 3 star rating just due to the bad customer service at checkout. When we got up there and the young 20 year old lady couldnt even answer simple questions we asked her to make sure if the toy we bought does receive the 30% discount as the shelf sticker had stated. She didnt say a word she just looked at us and kind of shrugged shoulders and nodded her headhow rude. So I just brushed it off and asked her again once again no response. So I just told her it would probably just take care of it once you hit the reset button and she said yeah I guess I would have given this place 5 stars because the men in the back or just absolutely amazing showed us around pulled things off the shelf ask us if there is anything else. we did save $70 but the girl ruined the whole day with her nasty attitude. Bah humbug a little grouch.

I love this location. I would say 90% of the time the team members are super fantastic, and the other 10% is them just doing a job and being kind while rushing because of business. I enjoy going here with my kids and dont have to worry about them acting like themselves!

Price point is higher than other non toy stores but the selection is greater. People are wonderful and willing to help or offer help. 4 stars only to the fact that the store looks and feels due for a remodel/refresh.

I was able to get the toy that was on hold but the other Lego clearance was in back. Ask a worker if he can bring out the Star Wars clearance Lego. He said by the weekend it will be. They lost a sale.
