I personally am not pleased with the way my delivery was handled. You scheduled me for delivery of 3-6pm on Wednesday September 20th 2017 and I wait and no call from Mamun or the delivery guy. I call at 6 to find out what happened. This guy who I assume is the delivery guy answers the phone and gives me this song and dance why my washer isnt here, he got tied up etcetera etcetera. So instead of 3-6 he tells me 8-10pm or tomorrow. I have other things to do aside from today than to be waiting on a freekin washer. Hes getting unprofessional and Im getting upset . Im getting my money back if you think you can jerk me around like that. Terrible service. If I get my washer Ill never use them again and it Better Appliance #!@ work.

Although I didnt make my purchase here, the gentleman was very attentive and nice. I found the appliance I needed at their Richmond Hwy location and purchased it from there.
