AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! We are a military family, who moved to the area, and needed a new washer and dryer. We looked everywhere, and decided that this appliance outlet had the best deal for what we wanted. The price was good, but the customer service was and has been the worst! First the told us, we had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. That was fine. When the delivery day actually came, they never showed up. They tried to tell us, that they called and know one answered, but we waited all day at home for them specifically! They then told us that we had to pay an additional delivery charge to come back. With much fighting, they rescheduled the delivery. When they tried to come back the second time for delivery, the truck they were using had expired registration, and so they could not get on to the Military Base that we live on. We live on a Military Base, which means you need proper identification to get on the installation. We told them to make sure their delivery guys knew that when we set up delivery. So, we had to reschedule delivery again. Finally, they deliver our appliances (after 3 attempts!). They set the washer and dryer up, and they say, we need to pay $20 for the dryer vent that they provided. Seriously? Of course, 2 days later, when I try to use the washer, the detergent dispenser is not working. We have to call them again. They do not know how to fix it. We finally had to contact GE to send a tech, who figured out the the initial installation was not done properly (one loose connection! argh!). Is that not what these delivery guys are supposed to do!? Install your appliance!? Is that not what we paid $150 for?! So, now we are getting ready to move, and we just figured out that they took some of our hardware that the washer needs so we can move it. They were incredibly rude when we called them, and hung up on my husband. Basically, if we want our hardware, we have to hire them to come out and install it, but they do not do that!?!? What the F!!!!!! They have the most atrocious customer service. They are not interested in serving their customers at all, only taking your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I ordered a Whirlpool dishwasher through the outlet center on Thursday. The following day I was scheduled for delivery on Monday. The company confirmed the four hour window and then called 40 minutes before arrival. The gentleman who installed the dishwasher was professional, extremely polite and very, very good at his job. He came in to take my old dishwasher out without so much as a footprint in the middle of a snowstorm. Within an hour he had the old one out and the new one in and running. His process was seamless and he was a pleasure to speak with. I have rarely had such a good service experience and I will surely use this company again!

We bought a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, and wall-mounted range hood all together. Terry Lane, who coordinated the process and helped us choose appliances, was extremely efficient -- we got nearly everything done within an hour. He also gave us ideas on choosing from among types of appliances, advice that we had not seen anywhere else (such as the disadvantages of double ovens). He also filled out three different rebate forms that made a difference in our overall costs. Of course, the company pushes extended warranties...

So, the thing with outlets, is that you never know for sure that the product you buy will be a good one. And, in our case, we didnt get a great one. It had problems. But, after 4 attempts to fix it... Bray & Scarff replaced it with a new one. (it was a refrigerator). This place is an outlet. But, Bray & Scarff is a reputable place and stands behind their stuff. Sometimes people get grumpy, its not always 100% love, but for the price, I think its worth it.

Salesman lied about rebate. I bought a washer. Salesman charged for delivery, but gave a mail-in rebate to cover the extra charge. When I got home and read the form, it didnt apply because the washer was on sale. The salesman had to have known that it didnt apply. I should have read the rebate form in the store. Actually, I should have never gone to Bray and Scarff!
