I wish there was a negative star. I bought the biggest and best Samsung Washer and Dryer in Nov 2014 with the additional 4 yr best extended warranty offered for $299 on each appliance. Approximately 3 months ago (less than 2 years after purchase) the dryer drum came apart. The warranty company told me the drum wasnt covered. After complaining to the Pacific Kitchen store manager he agreed it was indeed covered. I was able to get someone to come out almost 2 weeks later. The repair tech saw the drum was coming off the back and said he would order a new one. 1 week later a new drum is delivered to our location. Another 10 days to get the repair man out again. He finds the new drum is bent and says he has to order another one. Same scenario all over (had to wait a week for new drum, and 10 or so days for the repair tech. Dryer finally fixed approximately 5 weeks after the first call. Now 2 weeks ago (3 months after the dryer debacle) the washer broke, wont go into the spin cycle. Called the warranty company, they said the first they could get someone out to us was 6 weeks. After 2 days of additional calling and complaining, they said they would have someone out in 10 days. 2 days in a row they never showed up. So today we noticed the dryer drum coming apart again. I called today to see what the status was on the repair man. And told them it was now both the washer and dryer that were not working. They said it would be another 2-3 weeks to get someone out. So now I called the Pacific Kitchen Store again to complain. The manager said there was nothing he could do to help us. So, needless to say I told him that this was unacceptable, we need someone out today or tomorrow at the latest. He called me back later and said the best he could do was sometime next week. So right now I am anticipating that it will be at minimum another 3 weeks to actually be up and running again. In summary, the Warranty Company couldnt give a damn about the customer, tries to get out of fulfilling their obligation, and the Pacific Kitchen acts as though its out of their hands. Well they sold the product, and it is their job to stand buy it, whether its a subcontractor or not.

If I could give it no stars, I would. The delivery date was changed 3 or times. even though I was told the item was in stock and would get it in a few days. I was called the morning of delivery by the driver saying that he would be there in 15 minutes. He never showed up and when I finally got in touch with him, he said that he was told my order was cancelled the day before. So WHY did he call me? Many, many other issues. Then after I cancelled the order, I got a call saying they needed my credit card # in order to process the return. I called back with my number and was told I didnt need my number and that my account was credited. I ended up ordering the same item from Lowes and got it the next day. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH PACIFIC KITCHEN AGAIN AND SUGGEST THAT YOU NOT EITHER.

I had my contractor wait for the delivery of the appliances since Best Buy requires somebody over 18 years of age. The appliances were delivered but not installed and they took my old range that was not supposed to be taken, after several calls and two trips to the store this is the email I received from the manager in response to getting my stove back. The response was not that I was getting my stove back but that I will get a 10% discount on a new or 20% on an open box when I BOUGHT a replacement for the stove that they took. I realize that I should have checked the reviews before buying but I am not sure how they stay in business with not one good review.
