outstanding! Mike is a true professional and perfectionist. He installed a new cook top and hood in my 50+ year old house. The space needed to be customized to fit the new cook top. He worked until it was perfect, past 11:30pm. Two years ago I had to buy a wall oven and it was the same deal, JJ Gloss made it happen then too. I highly recommend, they get the job done!

I called to get some information on wiring an element and they refused to help because I did not buy the replacement part from them because they were too expensive. So now I will never be a customer with them. Getting smart with a customer and hanging up on one proves to me this place is not worth anyones time.

They are very knowledgeable and had the part for my washing machine in stock. A $39 part and a 20 minute fix saved me from buying a new washing machine. He even offered advice on how to change out the valve. They also got me a replacement burner for my glass top stove in a day.
