My husband and I have dealt with everyone at Miles Maytag from decades. All of our appliances have come from this establishment. From buying a new item, to calling for service, to having a staff person arrive at our home to repair any problem, Miles Maytag excels. IF the item is under warranty, and if it cannot be repaired, Miles Maytag replaces it with no hassle. This is a business that runs operations the old fashioned way--customers get quality, value, and--most rare these days--stellar service. And, on top of all that, the staff at Miles couldnt be nicer.

The absolute worst customer service , technician said we needed a new washer and we bought a new washer and that was not the problem . The problem was a clogged drain , had bought the washer 3 years ago from Miles and now we spent more money that we didnt need to spend . Spoke with Phil and he could have cared less that his technician screwed up , NEVER GET ANY MONEY FROM ME AGAIN !!! Dont buy from Miles unless you like throwing your money away !

Needed a water inlet solenoid for my Maytag Performa washer. I let the water filter get too dirty and some debris was keeping it from closing. Called Miles, they had the part in stock, people were friendly, and I was expecting about $60 or more - cost was $42. Will use them again. 12/15/15 - needed parts again - again, part in-stock & friendly advise to go with it. Great place.
