By far the best video game and DVD store around. The store owners are really great guys, and theyll always make sure youre taken care of and receive the best deal possible. Though they do need to run a business, they have shown me that customer satisfaction comes above all. And for that Im truly grateful they have opened such a great store! The location is also very convenient, and the atmosphere inside is just great. One of the best things about the owners is how well they interact with their customers. Every great video game store should have great video game players working there. That being said, they can accurately answer most questions about consoles, experiences playing the games, and figuring out which games work best for you. Unlike other gaming stores, the employees at DVD GAME EXCHANGE are true gamers, and thats how a gaming store should be ran, by true ACTUAL gamers! Not only that, they stock up on really great (and rare) video games and accessories that you wouldnt normally be able to find anywhere else! You not only save time and money, but they could also be carrying a game that youve been searching for. They have so much variety, that stopping in to see what you can find is always worth it. Even if you arent interested in buying anything from them, theyll gladly buy games, consoles, accessories, dvds, you name it, and for cash on the spot! If you have any questions, dont be scared to ask, because they are really friendly and will do just about anything to make sure you are satisfied with your visit, and theyll also make sure youre content with the price you pay for your items, and if for some reason you dont believe the price is right, by all means let them know and they will negotiate a great deal with you. I hardly ever buy anything from this store. Usually my go-to is going online and buying from any flavor of auction sites. I find that brick and mortar stores are playing catch up with sales because consumers are changing the way they are buying. That being said, Im a decent enough person, I felt placated while I was there. I asked simply, "do you have such and such cable?" The owners replied with yes and proceeded to mention they didnt have stock of a certain piece of the cable and asked me if I needed it. I answered honestly with "no, its not important". The owner put away the other piece of the cable immediately which afterwards led me to believe he would discount me. I already knew that I could find this particular item for a greater portion less than what they were selling to me for, but assumed that in good faith he would mark it down a bit. I asked him if he would and he shrugged and said, "sure, thats fair." After which giving me a $1 discount. I dont mind much but he insisted on my showing him my ID and to save trouble I complied. Everything about this store so far has made me feel unwelcome and as if Ill be taken for all Ive got. The store is pretty meh. I would recommend going if youre in a pinch but would honestly recommend you buy online. EDIT: The owner of the store tracked me down to my social media account on Facebook and asked me to change the review. I feel this is a breach to my personal privacy and would ask him here not to do it again and anyone who goes to this store, not to. I dont feel comfortable with my transaction there the more and more I think about it. Do yourself a favor and dont do them one. Take your business elsewhere. Unhappy, purchased a used console and it could not read a single disc (DVD or game). This, after being assured by the person who sold it to me that "all the consoles are tested before being put on display." Furthermore, their Return Policy is much tighter than their competitors and seems quite unfair especially given the fact that I got burned on this purchase. If things go well with the exchange/refund I will amend this review, but so far -- not so good! UPDATE 11/3/14 Brought it back after having to literally take time off work to meet the unreasonable demands of their Return Policy and lack of open hours (2:00PM - 7:00PM, what a joke!) Was treated like I was responsible for the defective console. The offer made to me was repair or replacement (what I really wanted was a full refund after all the pain). Repair?! Seriously?! What kind of solution is that when I just barely bought something that was over priced and should be working as I paid good money and in good faith. When I got the exchange, I immediately went home to test it again. It seems to be working ok so far, even though it had some issues playing my DVD after a game did work. Overall, still seems like a piece of junk so I am worried it will stop working after the 3 days and then I really will be screwed. NEVER doing business with them again. Since he did give me a replacement I gave him one more star on the review. Good riddance Pawn Shop Games.

When i got out the Sega to test it it was the wrong form factor... Not an issue I figure i can swap it or return it. So i try to call multiple times differing days of the week and varying times of day, no answer.The hours they are open doesnt align well with the hours i work, so i leave a bit early one day that i have very little going on to go to the store. They are closed, Either answer your phone or be open on Saturday so that people who work and commute can contact you. I am super irritated that i cant get this part i cant use replaced or refunded at this point.

Best place ive found ever found! I can barely start on how amazing this place is. The rating for this place should be 100/5! This place has the most amazing prices ever i mean you could buy a Game Cube of amazon it would be like 100$ but at this place its 35$! If you live in Utah you should come to this place as fast as you as can because, you will be amazed at everything! P.S. its the kid in the fedora and long brown hair who bought a nes and a snes controller.

Where do I start? Great selection, great prices. Where else are you going to find over 3,000 DVDS, Blurays or TV Series? This store is like a modern day Blockbuster/Hollywood Video that we all grew up loving. On top of that, theyve got the best selection out of any game store Ive been to. Not only is their current selection fantastic, but it is ever growing. 6/5 stars. Fantastic store.

This store is the best! They really do pay the most on trades and yet their sale prices are very reasonable. Great selection of games/movies and even some unique retro stuff. I honestly get stuck in there due to the selection and kindness of the staff. The one guy in there named Sam is always willing to chat with me about Pokemon!. I mean how great is that?! Well worth the trip!
