Worst customer service experience of my life. I called this location asking if they would buy my Xbox 360 and the collection of games for it and was told yes. When i arrived at the store i was told that they wouldnt take the console without a controller. I asked why i wasnt told this when i had called 30 minutes earlier and received a mumbled and insincere apology. This was irritating but i live only about 10-15 minutes away so i went back home and found an old controller to take back. When i arrived the second time i was told that they wouldnt buy the console unless i provided A/V cables for it. I asked why they didnt have those in the store and they said they did, but they were $18 and the console was only worth $30. Since that was completely outrageous, i told them that id be back a third time with the A/V cables so i could finally be done with this fiasco. I didnt have any at home and wasnt willing to part with my only HDMI cable so i went to Walmart and bought a cheap 6 cord for $8. Finally i get back to this location and am told that i dont need A/V cables, but i need the A/V adapter for the back of the console. At this point i was furious and decided to take my games and my console back home. I wasted two hours of my life because of the pathetic lack of communication from these employees and ill never go to this location again. I could not be more dissatisfied with my experience, and what little faith i had left in Gamestop has dwindled even further. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I dont know why I keep going back to this place. Maybe its because one time years ago someone blew me away with customer service. NOT ANYMORE!!! I went in at 1045 am so they wouldnt be crowded. One sales person and one customer talked and talked and talked and talked about how good they were at some video game. What weapons they use. All I needed was some kids dance game. Try finding that on your own. Well I finally did. Then I stood behind the only other customer in the store ready to go... still freaking talking about this game. Yes he was helping the dude but couldnt do two things at once. His game ability was far more important than the task at hand. If the sales guy would have just said "hi, be with you in a moment." I would have felt better. If anyone is thinking of opening their own video game business open it right next door, you will blow them away. They are awful. Go to the mall or go online. Anyone who wrote a good review was probably the guys who distract the sales guy for hours. You suck sales dude. You ruined my day...

I bought merchandise here, the seller told me the item could be brought back within a month of purchase for a full refund. So I came back after two weeks, and heard a different story. The item can only be returned if defective in a months time, returns only in 7 days. Nonetheless they agreed to purchase the item, giving me about a 3rd of what I paid for back as cash. Until they wanted so much invasive personal information: including my height, weight, color of eyes, gender, amongst others and even my finger print! At that point I realized I was dealing with criminals, and should be getting their fingerprint instead to give to the cops. He argued, "were only obeying the law", which makes them even more guilty in my book as supporting fascist laws makes you the fascist. I will instead resell the items on eBay. Where I will not only get a better price, but not be treated like a criminal for returning their merchandise. Stay away from GameStop. I know I will.

Called multiple times to check item availability, endless ringing resulted in me driving down to the store. 9:55 and doors are locked, gate closed. I see employee at counter on phone making direct eye contact with me as I pace back and forth in front of the store. About 10:09, 9 minutes after store opening hours he slowly makes his way from the counter to the door and surprisingly pleased to inform me and other customers who have been waiting outside that they cant do any cash transactions. What place of business cant do cash transactions first thing in the morning? Which you can imagine made me a little perturbed. Needless to say I wont be returning to this location. Chandler mall, hands down better experience.

I have been a gamestop customer for several years. I have been to many gamestops but none compare to this location. Patrick is hands down, the coolest, most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful manager I have ever experienced. If you ever need anything taken care of at gamestop, go to this location...VERY satisfied customer!

Racist Manager! Fat as well. Lied about other stores in the valley that didnt require finger printing. All of the sudden he needs a finger print. Although we have been there many times. Never will I and everyone I can share my story with, will shop or sell there. Currently considering a Law Suit against him.

Definitely deserve 5 stars. Both Theo and Shelby were incredibly helpful. Found the game I was looking for cheaper than Amazon. Ill never shop anywhere else for another game or console. Thank you both very much. Out of the many GameStop locations I have visited, this location has the most helpful staff, by far.

Patrick and Shelbee go out of their way if necessary to help a customer. They are fun and easy to talk to and always have an answer to any question. Ive been going to this store since I can remember and Ive never once been disappointed. All staff are always nice and helpful. Needless to say, Ill be returning!

Put 2 items on hold, were not in the store when I arrived over 50 miles away. Ordered 2 day shipping for $10 to my address, the shipping speed was as if it was regular, is taking now over a week to get here. Very unhappy, and will not do business with again.

When you come to a game store for a new game (battlefield) you should have it in stock. They have at least 50 copies of the "deluxe" that costs $80 and nobody wants. Waste of time and gas. Ill just download games from xbox from now on.

I moved to this area about a year ago. Every experience Ive had at this store has been a good one. The employees have been helpful and on one occasion have even gone out of their way to help me out. No complaints.

The staff is friendly but the store is constantly pushing overpriced used games over new. Great if you dont have the patience to wait for cheaper online options to ship.
