I live in Gilbert, AZ so I drove to the location as I was already in Tempe. Its unmarked building except for the faded sign that says evil controllers. You could walk right past it and miss it. Ok lets get this out in the open, Im 45 and I play Xbox with my kids but a lifetime of programming and engineering work my hands hurt and dont work as fast as my kids. When I walked into the office they were very professional and had a selection to choose from. I picked the one that looks blood streaked but it reminded me of a Eddie Van Halen guitar. I purchased the one where they are like 12 settings for everything you could think of I play Lego and Destiny. I read the instructions and that didnt help out as much as watching the youtube videos and after I did that I got how it all worked. I was annoyed that it didnt work like they promised but it was not the controller it was ME. After I watched the video I was able to map the presets to the controller and now I can shoot faster than anyone in Destiny but if I could only aim straight each and every single time. The controller didnt have problems, I was the problem. Im an engineer and I was not following instructions and I didnt give my brain time to understand how this will or wont apply to the game. In destiny you cant use rapid fire if you use a fusion rifle because you have to hold the controller down. Thats the game mapping and not the controllers fault. So I just make sure I turn if off fast and when I use that weapon. Also machine guns dont work either because again your holding the fire button down and each rapid fire is a trigger pull. Also each trigger pull is 5000 pulls so depending on the game you can slow that down. I had to do that for playing lego because sometimes it would not fire or swing the axe at all. Im happy with my purchase and I wore out the joysticks and Im going to buy more. I saw these reviews and wanted to set the record straight. If you dont like the controller your not giving yourself time or excepting something else to happen. Good Luck

I "bought" a control from these guys on 2-6-15 (Sunday) i paid for rush processing and for 2-3 shipping. i expected this control to get done by Tuesday the latest and shipped out by Wednesday and receive my control by Saturday the latest. Heres what has happened so far I get told on Tues. that my control will be shipped out on Wed. So I call to get my tracking number on Thurs. I get told its being sent out that same day. I call back on Fri i get told it will be shipped out that same day again. At this point Ive pretty much figured out this is a scam and not a legit company. I ask them if they can over night the control because this is ridiculous they agree I finally get a tracking number and here we are Sat. the next day I should have received my control but I didnt. Why do you ask because they never sent it. They made the shipping order tag hence how i got my tracking number but never took it to the post office. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET A CONTROL. IM PRETTY SURE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I doubt i will get my control or my money back. they only made a tracking number so they dont have to deal with me anymore.

Slow and inefficient. Use it at your own risk. Impossible to reach anyone via phone – goes to voice mail no matter what option you choose. Their support staff (once you get to them) are very helpful. I really like prompt responses from Cameron and the best way to find him was the instant chat you find on their website. Ordered several controllers (to replace a previous, failed model) and each one of them had an issue. The last model lasted less than 2 months and one of the Tab buttons broke. Shipped to their repair center and just received … another bill to pay for shipping. The message states “Your Evil Controller has completed repair and is ready to ship. Follow this link to complete payment for repairs/shipment. This covers TO and FROM shipping labels applied to your order. Once paid, let us know your order # so we can expedite the process.” Again, why do I need to tell them the order number for which they just sent me the bill for a repair that is still under a warranty? Anyway, this company will make you work for your money. I certainly spent more time dealing with repairs than playing.

I purchased a controller a little over a year ago. An It still works today, most controllers last me a couple months. I play shooter games at a very low sensitivity, so I tend to wear joysticks down very quickly. Well I ordered another one this year. An I also called to see what was happening with my controller. A few days ago and the customer service guy was very empathetic to my needs, an I explained that I was calling to see what was taking so long. He gave me reason, an helped move my controller along cant hardly wait to get it. The hardest thing about buying stuff on the internet is waiting... Thanks for all the stuff you guys do!

Ill start off by saying I have now ordered two controllers through this company. One was back in 2012 and now have recently got my second controller via evil controllers. Hands down I have had a very pleasant experience both encounters. The controllers werent too easy to understand on the newer ones but with a simple phone call to their office and everything was taken care of. I think the mans name was Cameron. He is definitely an attribute to this company. Thanks again and if I ever need another controller, it will definitely be ordered through evil.

Ive read many bad reviews about this company and thought Id share my experience. I received my controller about 2 weeks after i ordered it as promised. The controller wasnt what i was looking for so i sent it back within the 7 days and received a full refund without any hassles or having to jump through any hoops. When i called my questions were answered very professionally. I have absolutely no complaints with this company. There was nothing wrong with the controller that they sent me. I just thought it was a different kind. It was my mistake.

Placed an order 16 days ago, I just got shipping notification today which means another 5 to 7 days. This might have been acceptable in the 1980s but in the year 2017 taking this long to ship a product is completely not acceptable. Im beginning to think that the namesake of the company has nothing to do with controllers but everything to do with how they do business.

Company should be avoided. I have been trying to get a controller shipped for over 5 weeks. Multiple e-mails and phone calls with promises to ship the product or return the call with no follow ups and more importantly no controller. BUT YET they pulled the payment immediately, Strongly recommend looking for another vendor.
