Bought a BMW 7 series from these con men. They claimed "no accidents", car was in "original condition" and nothing whatsoever wrong with the vehicle. Three months after the purchase the front head lamp went out on the car. I took the vehicle to BMW Santa Monica, LOW AND BEHOLD the serial numbers matching the original head lamp did not match the serial numbers on the headlamp that burned out. Also the screws holding the original front fender on the car were not the same original screws holding the fender on the same drivers side where the headlamp went out. What does this mean? The car was in a major accident and these fools covered up the facts. They most likely took the vehicle to a cheap chop shop and had the car "repaired" for cash then sold it as if "nothing happened" well it didnt take long to find out the car was smashed up then fixed. When confronted of the situation, they denied everything and played stupid. The owner works out at the former (sports club LA) now Equinox gym on Sepulveda blvd. so me and a couple guys payed him a visit, of course he ran like a little b**ch. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE CLOWNS EVER. DO NOT BE FOOLED from Major Motors self posts. The names "Nick, Jason T., Jaime Jones, Dre, RK, J- Anthony and George" ARE ALL FAKE. All posted from the same IP address. Also there "reviews" are all listed "3 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Nice try but FAIL. These cowards hate being exposed and they know it. The web needs to be saturated with scams these crooks pull. First off have you visited there cheap dealership? Located on Santa Monica Blvd. you cant miss it. Mercedes Benz S Class vehicles parked up front (with cheap China made wheels installed on them) They work on the vehicles in the back alley behind where they wash and detail the cars. The "salesman" are rude. You can find them with a drill gun and screw drivers taking off bumpers, switching parts around etc. and these guys are NOT AUTHORIZED or TRAINED TECHS. They cover up problems with the vehicles they sale. They have high mileage, body damage, switched out parts (if you look closely) and they break down often. (hence: thats why they dont offer there own warranties) These fools are the lowest of the low. Dont be desperate for a "luxury" car and make a stupid decision buying from them, you will regret it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

so. i called this place 2 weeks before i bought the car to talk about a deal. i drove about 60 miles to this specify place because they had the car i wanted; Although, this car was listed as a pre-owned Mercedes benz, clean title and a clean car fax. i came in and purchase the car trusting the sales man and the post on their website, i probably should of checked but it was dark when i arrived and asked the sales man (tall arminian guy) if there was anything wrong with the car including scratches and missing parts, he claimed the car was in PERFECT conditions. i took this car home, the next morning i notice it was missing a part on the rear seat and the divider was broken. and that is not all the whole driver side had been CHEAPLY RE-PAINTED and the front lights replaced with AFTERMARKET head lights, also there was a scratched that was pathetically and manually fixed in the front bumper. I called the guy and talked to him about it but for personal issues i could not travel back to the place to have them look at the car, I trusted this people MY mistake i guess. 3 weeks later the cars staring wheel started to give me problems and this was a Mercedes-Benz that was still under warranty, i just bought this car i should not have any issues what soever with it. when i finally went back the guy confused that the person who had brought the car in had brought it with a dent or scratches in the driver front side and that they had taken care of it. also replaced a piece of plastic from another car in order to fix mine. Horrible. did not do anything about the other problems. i would never go back to this place, they have no people skills, Lies in order to close sales, and their cars who knows what they have gone thru and if they were fix, then trust me they were cheaply fixed with aftermarket parts as well as low quality paint. my recommendation to you. go buy a car at a decent place a near your home and a bigger dealer ship perhaps.

DO NOT BUY FROM MAJOR MOTOR CARS. They have shady dealers who will try to pass off a busted car to make a quick buck. I am guessing some of the comments are from the actual dealers (seriously, they are really shady). I am going to provide a very detailed account of what happened so you can see I am not making this up. I purchased a white 2009 BMW 750LI two months ago from Major Motor Cars over the internet (yes, learning my lesson the hard way). They stated multiple times in both writing and via the phone that the car had no issues. In fact, they stated the rims and wheels were brand new. Let me note that the rims were one of the reasons that I bought this specific car. Once you purchase the car you will not hear from the dealers again. This is one of the themes in the complaints below. I will come back to this. Once I received the car it was obvious that there were various issues which were confirmed by the BMW dealership I took it to get it repaired: The battery was bad and could not keep a charge. The garage door opener needed a complete rewire. The TMP sensor in one of the good wheels was broken Three of the “Brand New” rims were damaged. Two so much that they had to be replaced. Two of the buttons on the dash did not work. The side camera was damaged (from an accident that was not listed or mentioned by CarFax or the dealer). Also, the dealership did not provide the second set of keys, they failed to provide the entire paperwork to get the title transferred and they have given me the run around. Do not buy from this company. They are the epitome of a shady dealer.

We went to Major Motor Cars and got a GREAT DEAL & GENUINELY FRIENDLY SERVICE! My husband & I have been shopping for a MB ML350 for awhile. Yesterday, we found the best deal around: on a like-new, gently-loved MB, with SUPER low mileage...just what we were looking for >> at Major Motor Cars. Our salesman, Fred (MMCs Financial Manager), was impeccably professional, and genuinely gracious and friendly. He smoothed out the whole car buying process for us, and he was very patient. He is the opposite of the typical fast-talking, high-pressure car salesman. He showed us the CarFax history/report on the vehicle, in detail, and impressed us with his honesty. The family companys owner, Mo, gave us a generous value on our trade-in, and the price we payed on the MB was the best we could find, anywhere. The whole staff at Major Motor Cars (that we met), Fred, Mo, Kal, Alex, and the whole car detailing crew, were absolutely WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!! We had a great customer experience, from START to FINISH!!! Thanks guys! Before we drove off the lot in our new (to us) MB, Mo shook our hands, and with complete genuineness, stated, TWICE, that if we should experience any problems, big or small, with the vehicle, to please not hesitate to let him know personally, and that he would personally make everything right. Mo is like a grand, kind, family patriarch, and Fred a dream salesman. Fred even said that he would locate the second key (that had gone missing) for us, and would then send it to us. Wow! Stay tuned! We will be sure to write an UPDATED REVIEW, a year from now!
