Went to look at car that I found on the internet and after arriving there the Owner of the dealership was very accommodating and open to point out where the vehicle was and stated it was open and handed me the key. After inspecting the vehicle, I started to inquire about a few things including looking at the maintenance records, etc. He seemed irritated and dismissive, even using hand gesture suggesting "it is what it is". I found offensive that in at least 3 separate occasions he stated, "maybe you should do your homework first because all Audi make a ticking noise coming from the engine" He proceeded to show me other Audis on the lot and needless to say I did not hear the same ticking noise I immediately noticed on the vehicle I was interested in. Regardless, he did not have the maintenance records, he only knew that there was some maintenance done to the vehicle because he had a record of paying an outside mechanic but did not know nor had an idea what exactly was done to the vehicle. I proceeded to inquire about the timing belt and about these types of car around that kind of mileage are known to have to have the timing belt replaced and he said, "No, my mechanic said the timing belt was fine but if you want to replace the timing belt you can, its your prerogative." Bottom line......Rude, shady, offensive, and there is no way I would ever spent my hard earned money at this dealership. I do not believe in treating a customer in the manner he treated us. As if he was the only dealership with this type of vehicle and I should just keep my mouth shut and pay him the money and done we are. Horrible, horrible service. Would not trust any vehicle he has on the lot and if you do go there to check out any vehicle, do not inquire or ask any questions about it because then he is offended and cannot be bothered with "silly" questions. Dont waste your time or energy, there are plenty of dealerships out there where you can be treated equally and fair with respect and appreciation that you may be a potential customer to them. This guy does not care and acts as if he is the only dealership choice you have. Horrible attitude to have and my experience was such that I would never visited this dealership much less do business with them.

Do NOT buy a car from this place!! Sasan seems kind and honest, dont be fooled. I purchased an Audi A4, and told him I would be parking the car in CA for a couple of weeks, and then driving it to New Mexico. When I went to drive it to NM, it kept dying. Three AAA jump starts and battery charges, and I finally got it back to NM. Took it to two Audi master mechanics in NM, and it needed $1200 worth of work. Contacted Sasan and he did nothing. Said he could do the work cheaper (but that he would still charge me for it), if I brought it back to CA, which he knew wasnt going to happen. The battery was being drained by a bad brake light switch that needed replacing. Two other things that needed fixing were major mechanical things, that both mechanics said werent recent. I am still trying to get the title to the car, which is fully paid for. I filled in the paperwork to have it transferred to me, and I have yet to receive it. I am about ready to contact an attorney.

I was able to buy a very rare car from these guys with little hassle. I rarely ever get any issues when going to check out vehicles or products, but these guys were even more calm and collected. Made a good deal and couldnt be more happy with the vehicle purchased. They have many cars to choose from, mostly recent cars within the past 10 years. If your looking for a nice car to drive for a while and arent looking to spend major cash or lease out some name brand car you see ever 10minutes, these guys have some nice cars to purchase. The Omni brothers are very cool guys! PS. name brand cars arent that bad if there the cool ones( dont buy that crappy 335is every noob has)

Read reviews on yelp, was very leery that they were all positive. Had no choice though, the price was one of the lowest on autotrader. Prices in our area were thousands more for cars with much higher mileage. Flew down to LA, was able to inspect the car at the lot for half an hour and drive it. No pressure, no haggling, a very easy purchase experience, it was like buying a loaf of bread. The vehicle was exactly as described on their site and in the photos. It was serviced and ready to go. The next time I wouldnt even feel the need to come down personally, the owner is easy to do business with by e-mail and over the phone.

I went in today and bought the a Chrysler 300c with a hemi. I love it already. Sasan was very helpful and no pressure at all. The purchase went very smooth. He worked with me on getting my financing lowered and saved me some money. If you are in the market for a car and dont want to be hounded like a piece of meat when you walk on the lot. I would recommend going here. Sasan was more then willing to work with me. The hour plus drive was well worth it. Great price great condition. I would defenatley go here in the future when I am looking for another car.

I am so glad I came to Omni Auto Trade. This was the most pleasant car buying experience. I came car shopping with my mother and grandmother. Sasan and Suri were so kind to us. They were very accommodating to my elderly grandmother while I explored. Sasan made things very easy and worked out financing for me. He was not pushy at all. He sold me a great car. I love my Jetta! Sasan took very good care of me. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Sasan!
