Nice new store...same bad experience. Ive been in the New Roseville Location twice. Once the week before Christmas and on January 3rd (2016). Both times I went in with the intention of buying shoes. After finding a couple I wanted to try on (holding both in my hands) I tried to get the attention one of the numerous sales associates (two of whom looked me in the eye and walked by me without so much as asking if I needed assistance) I came to the conclusion they really werent interested in my business. Previously I visited their store when it was located in Har-Mar Mall and my experience was similar in some respects. If you didnt know exactly what you wanted immediately upon entering the store it felt like the sales staff wasnt interested in helping you. I also find them over-priced and a bit too absorbed with the idea they have the market cornered on various brands of shoes when its really not the case. I want to like this store but I find it hard when they boast about expertise and service but dont really deliver.

Went into a Schulers shoes for the first time ever today because I really needed some quality walking shoes. I was greeted by sales guy Mitch. Not the stalker kind of sales people who leap on you when you enter a building but he was just a hey anything I can help with here I am kind of sales clerk. Mitch helped me find a perfect walking shoe for me, made sure I had the exact right size, and knows everything about shoes! Left with some fabulous shoes I totally love. If you want cheap decent shoes 50ft away is target but if you want Fabulous shoes find Mitch at Schulers in Roseville and you will get some top quality service and products.

New location: 1475 County Road B West Roseville, Minnesota 55113 I went to this store on 9/20/15. I have never seen such a busy shoe store. In a reasonable time I was waited on by a nice lady. Even though I was a problem customer with a set of prescribed shoe orthotics that needed to be fitted to a shoe that I liked. She spent the time required to do a satisfying fitting. The price was reasonable too, I recommend this store.

I walked in at opening time last weekend, along with several other people. I was greeted within 2 minutes by an employee, had my foot measured, and had 3 pairs to try within 5 minutes. Bought a pair of New Balance that fit great in the store. I am returning them today because they hurt my feet after wearing them in the house for an hour. Not the stores fault. I like this store. Better service and employees than Chets Shoes.

Great, fast service. Expect them to be busy but they have so many staff members, someone will give you personal attention. Great selection of shoes and if they dont have it, theyll get it for you. Really high quality shoes and sandals and boots, so expect to pay a little more. Sign up for coupons and deals. Well worth it. They know how to help you find footwear to fix any issues like plantar fasciitis.

They are great to deal with. Will hold a pair of shoes for you for a couple days if you are really interested, to come in and try on. Also sometimes have unadvertised discounts on shoes which puts them as competitive as anyone, even online. Great company, always a good experience!

Great service, more than your average shoe shop. When they didnt have polish I was looking for they directed me to another local business, Georges shoe repair that might be able to help me, thats service, helping solve your problem even if they have to send you somewhere else

I was in and out in 5 minutes. Picked out a boot design that I liked, and the salesman measured my foot and found the perfect size. Even though the store was quite busy due to an impending snowstorm, I was helped immediately.

Great selection, very helpful employees and reasonable prices for the high quality of shoes available. Fairly pricey but you can expect brands like Merrell to last you 3+ years if you care for them well.
