Wide selection of shoes for men, women, and children. At just the right times, good 2-for-1 sales and decent prices can be found. The quality of the brands has improved over the years, and Clarks, Nike, and Tommy Hilfiger can be found. However, there has been a very small selection of cheaper brands for boys shoes, such as New Balance and Sketchers. I still browse for myself, but have stopped buying youth shoes here.

The dont carry all sizes, and they dont carry all brands. But their selection is quite considerable. They have very little floor staff, so if youre looking for a specific size that may not be on the floor it can take a while. But all that aside the prices are great. So if you really need shoes and want nice ones at a good price, this is a good place to go.

Return policy for defective products is only 60 days from date of purchase. Have a pair of show boots that I have only worn 2 times within 65 days and they would not exchange for another pair! We usually buy all school shoes here for my 5 kids... but that will not be the case next year.

Springfield MO store has fairly wide selection. Best though, staff very helpful while shopping and then when we checked out. Watch for sales to save even more money. Have Perks membership to receive notifications of sales, discounts that non-members dont receive, and rewards.

Good selection of shoes. I have found that some are last years styles witch isnt a big deal. If you catch it just rite you can get in on some great sales. Its had to find my size of shoes and it seems like they always have what Im looking for

Always go here to buy my shoes. I am military and station at Ft Wood. They offer a discount and have BOGO 1/2 off pretty often. Never had a problem with service and many other great stores close by.

I did not like shoe carnival in Springfield Mo, customer service was aweful. Throughout checking out the clerks were rude and offensive. Manager stood watch and also made offensive comments.

ive been here 3 times and EACH TIME Ive asked an employee if they could check for a size so I could buy them, they refuse to check and instantly say what we have on shelf is all we have.

I have been buying my shoes from shoe carnival for years. We tried to go somewhere else and no it wasnt happening. Love the buy one get one half off.
