First thing is the sales lady walked around me and asked everyone if they needed anything or if they was doing alright and never asked me! Very uncalled for! Then I asked if they had a size 11 in a pair of shoes I wanted and said no we do not and told me they could order them I explained I live in a dorm so that cant happen and she said well we dont have them...if a very big attitude again very uncalled for! Then I was mad enough to make a complaint to the manager of the store and she acted like she did not care if i was mistreated or not! Not to mention I drove all the way across Springfield to get treated like that! Very poor customer services and they do not want to sell anything there clearly!

Great shoe collection. I always find something I like from the selection. Dont forget socks. They have some nice socks here. I like to stock up on socks when I purchase shoes. They seem to be high quality and really hold up. (I walk approx. twenty miles a day at work)
