This was my first time buying a new car and everything went over smoothly until I had to come in contact with the Finance Manager, ill get to that in a minute. First off, Julie Young was my sales rep and she totally rocked it out! We made a good personable connection in the short car buying window and she definitely made me comfortable. I then met Justin Love, good dude. He helped me figure out my loan and which bank should bite at my loan with little to no credit, he made everything smooth and comfortable as well. He was the one who told me about refinancing the vehicle after a year, once Ive proven I can pay on time and build a decent line of credit and that Cronin Ford would help. Sounds great, doesnt it? Thats when Jeremy Greer came in. It had been 12 months and by this time I moved across the country. I was visiting home and wanted to refinance like I was recommended to by Cronin. Jeremy told me on the phone "Just come in and well take care of you". No appointment. Nothing. I show up on the one day I scheduled to take care of my car and I get brushed off. "Hes in a meeting, schedule an appointment next time." Is what I got. So i said screw it and ended up doing it on my own through a bank. No big deal. I then realized I no longer need my GAP Insurance, because I had got it through my car insurance (tip to anyone reading this... dont buy a dealership GAP, do it through your own personal insurance. Way cheaper). Anyway, I read my contract and realized in order to cancel it I had to call the finance manager... Jeremy. Ugh. Im not exaggerating when I say I probably called at minimum 20 times in 2 weeks with a voicemail tagged on half of them because the longer my GAP was still active, the less money I was going to get back so it was a bit urgent. To his credit he called me back ONCE, with a voicemail saying "Call me and well take care of it." Ha. What a crock. Anyways, after getting ignored everyday, I went around him and spoke to the GM, Eric Koren. I told him my situation and guess who was in the room? Jeremy. He was forced to talk to me cause his superior was there... Of course he acted all fake and told me wed take care of it after my new loan processed. 2 weeks later here I am, pestering the guy to call me so I can get my money. I get frustrated after a few days and do what worked the first time, call Eric Koren. This dude is awesome! He immediately felt the annoyance and frustration I was feeling and took it into his own hands. He had me send a picture with proof of the loan paid off, sent to another employee Heather and she took care of it. It was that simple. I just received my check and I am here to tell you guys that Cronin Ford did a wonderful job, it was pleasant during the purchasing, really annoying with your typical screw the customer lets pinch their pockets Finance Manager, Jeremy Greer, and my outlook on them was totally saved when the GM took my issue under his wing and made it his immediate problem and solved it in less than 24 hours. Thank you Julie, Justin, Heather and Eric for the car buying experience its sad that all your hardwork was almost overlooked by one bad egg. I do recommend Cronin Ford to anyone reading to this point, just prepare for the games you have to play.

Cronin Ford I am not one that likes to leave negative reviews on a company but in this case I am forced too. This is only my opinion on how I feel about Cronin Auto! 8/29/16 Very poor service department! I called in to tell them that I was driving my 2013 Ford F150 and that I had no brakes. First person i spoke to was Mack, the assistant manager of service. I would suggest the company reevaluate his customer service skills. Upon calling in I asked what they could do for me since I literally had no brakes. He told me the only option was to get the truck to them so they could inspect it. He informed me that they were booked up and did not know what day they would be able to inspect it. At this time I informed him that I was going on vacation on Friday and needed my truck to take my family down. I asked them for a replacement as I run a business with this truck and again also needed it to take on vacation. He said that they could not give me a truck until they inspected it, but could not tell me when they would be able to inspect it. He then further informed me that after they cleared the inspection they would have to get Ford`s approval before they could get me a rental truck. Also, found it a little strange that they will only give you a rental from enterprise and will not give you one of their trucks. At this point he had checked my master cylinder and said i fell under the current brake recall but could not do anything for me until the mechanics inspected it. After arguing with me and telling me he was trying to do everything he could for me I had enough. He gave me no options and told me that I was not a priority as other customers had their appointments already. I understand following appointments as you have other customers but this is different scenario. I would think Ford would pull any vehicle off their lot to make sure my family and I are safe; what lawsuit would be opened up if i had wrecked this vehicle? I however left and drove my truck 15 minutes away with no brakes to Colerain Ford. I walked into service. Spoke to Jeff King who made me a priority and had me a truck to use within 30 minutes. Amazing how one dealership goes above and beyond for a customer and the other was willing to do nothing. Before talking to Mack at Cronin Ford I even tried to work a deal out as my lease is coming to an end. They decided to come back to me with a truck with equal MRSP value and tried to charge me an additional $200 per month more than i was paying now. Clearly no one at Cronin Ford wanted to work with me. I now will be taking my business elsewhere.

Rob is the BEST! I gave my experience a 5/5 and that was all thanks to Rob Ernst! I had been pricing the Ford F150s for a few months and I happened to notice one that met everything I was looking for, AND it was cheaper than all of the other ones on Auto Trader. I called Cronin and spoke with Rob for the first time. He answered with a friendly tone and answered all of my questions I had. I then told him that I would be up later that day to look at it, he told me he would make sure the truck was ready for me to test drive since it was buried within their slew of vehicles. When I arrived, sure enough, Rob was waiting with a smile and had the truck all ready for me to test drive! I fell in love with the truck right away. Buying a car can definitely be a stressful experience, but with Robs stand-backish attitude, the process wasnt nearly as bad as I thought. Rob was not the stereotypical "high pressure car salesman", which made the experience all that much better. While the truck was getting prepped for me to take it home, Rob did not just drop me to go to another customer, he sat with me and kept my wife and I entertained. Rob even spent a lot of time with me making sure I knew everything there was to know about the truck after it was ready! Bottom line: if you want a quality salesman who doesnt use high pressure sales as a tactic, who is genuinely passionate about your needs, and will do everything he can to take care of you, then you HAVE to see Rob Ernst. I dont recommend people very often, but Rob definitely deserves to be recognized for his outstanding work and providing a wonderful experience for my wife and I! Thanks again, Rob (if you read this)!
