Dont be fooled by these reviews, there are some con artists. Last week I went called in to buy a professional camera. They said they had two available, 1 for $275 which included the Batter Pack and Lens, and a $300 one brand new. BOTH were the Canon T3i. Me thinking Im getting more for less, I purchased the used one and I used the camera in the store before I purchased. At first it was a problem, turning on but the one guy (with facial hair) did something to get it on. I brought it home, and tested it by putting my memory card in it, and BOOM, it stopped working. Less then 2 hours later I brought it back to trade it back in for the money I payed and was going to use that and pay the difference for the Newer t3i camera. Of course they made it seem like they sold the newer camera (which wasnt even on display might I add) 15 minutes after I left. Sketchy right? as I described the issue, he maintained his stance on the battery charge (both in the battery pack was over 75% charged) and did NOT work individually. So I decided to leave to come back the next day when Justin, one of the other managers, was present (or so he claimed to be). Mind you the whole time NONE of them looked me in my face while they gave their "reason" the camera didnt work. I know, VERY SKETCHY...Also feeding me the same lies about the Used Camera, gave me every excuse in the book on why they couldnt take it back. Doing Photography for over 5 years, one thing I know is Cameras. Ultimately I was sold a Defected Camera, They are bad for business, I wont be coming back, and whoever is Reading this, please be cautious when purchasing from this pawn shop because they dont take accountability when they are in the wrong apparantly.. Hopefully someone from upper management will be able to further review the professionalism of their employees moving forward!!! :/

I had such a horrible experience here. The customer service is one of the worst. They should really start rehiring people who are not so mean, ignorant, and rude. They tried telling me that the things I had brought In did not work and they would only give me five dollars, so me being very confuse I ask well what would you give it to me if it works, they told me fifty. So I prove to them that it works and then they tell me they did not want it. In all, if you are looking to sell things here I would not even bother, they do not give you decent money, I do understand need to make money to but they need to also pay something towards what they really want and not five dollars for something that is worth 200 used.

This Pawn Shop is really low rent. Inside it looks like someones dirty garage filled with junk. If youre selling anything they pay bottom dollar prices. Youll get a 3rd there value if you are lucky. My suggestion is if you have the time to sell your items on Ebay and get paid what the items are worth. The only value this place has to the community is for people that need quick cash. They take advantage of you because of this. Avoid!

Everytime I come to the Glassboro pawn outlet everyone is always so nice and helpful. I live all the way in gloucester city and refuse to go to the broadway trading post because of how rude they are and unwilling to help. also this pawn shop is great for gift cards cause they give the highest prices around. i highly recommend going here for the best prices and friendly staff. :)

Definitely pay you bottom dollar for your stuff. Brought in over 250$ worth of stuff and they gave me $40. I understand who these places work so I know they need to make money too but come on. Other then that, the customer service is good. The gentleman that I dealt with was really nice and patient with me.
