Dave of River Net Computers informed me when I contacted him about an external Hard Drive crash of all the different possible situations and costs associated with trying to recover the data. He notified me the minute the drive was delivered to River Net Computers and updated me on a daily basis of the progress. River Net Computers not only managed to recover all of the data from my crashed 3TB external Hard Drive they did so in less than one week total turn around time. River Net Computers could not have charged me even close to what they are worth to me for this data recovery. Whether you live in the tri-state area or in central Florida as I do, you cannot do better than River Net Computers.

Well for starters they didnt make me feel like I was a bloody idiot. they explained to me why my computer was running so slow, why it was making noises, and gave me options as to not drain my wallet. super intelligent group of chaps would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a computer issue. thanks mates for saving my hard drive
