Do I *have* to assign a star? The people at this location are highly unprofessional. I have no idea what system they use to track their customers, but I have (reluctantly) used them twice--and there was ALWAYS a miscommunication between their employees. This caused CONSTANT harrassing phone calls, even after my item was returned. They were ALWAYS late for their appointments. Dont bother calling them, because each employee rushes through whatever script they are instructed to say so fast you wont understand what theyre saying, much less get their names.

Unbelievable I have been with them for 2yrs now and once I decide to pay them off I wont use them no more Customer Service is NONCOMMUNICATION they dont communicate with each other when you call then dont leave notes in your accounts which they suppose too. I have called corporate on them twice and communication skills are still poor. So sad
