I would give it zero stars if I could, customer service was terrible, we spoke to the supervisor of customer service who gave us attitude and didnt apologize or make any effort to put us at ease, ultimately we had to go to the general manager. Originally, when I bought the item, the guy was slow and didnt know how to ring up my purchase and then proceeded to tell me that there was a 60 day return on the item I bought. I took it back within that time allotted only to find that it was a 15 day return policy for a refund of money OR a store credit - which is absurd, store credit should be offered regardless if you want your customers to come back! I would have let the whole situation go (maybe) if the supervisor had not butted in and gave me a smirk and attitude regarding my complaint. She then proceeded to interrupt me as I was talking, so believe you me when I say that I got annoyed really fast. Once the manager gave her instructions to give us store credit, she didnt even look at us, just turned to the girl who was in the middle of serving another customer, give her abrupt instructions and walked away - not saying anything more to me, which was just rude. If she had been a good supervisor, she would have just processed the return right then and there - the till was free so she could have just apologized and gone ahead with the process, rather than letting the other poor girl take all the blame.

Went to purchase a large screen TV just over a week ago. Was told if they delivered then theyd take away my old broken rear projector for free and would deliver it that coming Thursday. Thursday came and went - no TV arrived. I called to find out what was going on and it seems the warehouse had changed the delivery date to about two weeks later without communicating anything to me. Store had no clue why. I asked them to get me a better delivery date. Supervisor said hed call back in 45 minutes. Someone else called back two hours later with a delivery date of Saturday. Never checked if that was going to work for me - it wouldnt. She said shed call me back with a new date. She never did. Ive been trying to call the store for three days now and no-one ever picks up on the number on the receipt. So right now Im out almost $2000 with no idea when my tv may arrive. I used to be a fan of BB but this has seriously impacted my opinion of the company. UPDATE: I went in to the store as I couldnt seem to get through by phone. They say it is scheduled to be delivered this coming Tuesday (not that anyone had communicated that to me or asked if that might be good). Will see if it arrives as promised this time.

This store is awful. Actually bought 2 TVs here. One I picked up in-store, no problem. The other one, I had delivered. I ran into a similar problem as another reviewer (wish I checked these before I went here). The warehouse never called to schedule my delivery the day before like they said they would, so I called and confirmed it. No problem. Then 2 hours later, they left me a message saying there was no TV in inventory (despite my having confirmed it), that they needed to ship it from DC, and that it would be another week. Then they were late the following week by 2 hours. Then the TV they ship me is defective. I call the store directly and raise hell. The geek squad guys couldnt figure it out so they scheduled an appt for Tues eve. No one came. I called the store, they had no idea what was going on... Finally got it resolved. Then the next week, my complex calls me to tell me they are here with a TV (they never updated their records). Now the warehouse calls me continuously to reschedule. This was the worst experience - they are clowns.

Went in there couple of weeks ago to get my camera fixed. Geek squad gave me an option (as I had the 2 year warranty) to get it fixed or get another. So I decided to get it fixed and a week later they said it was ready for pick up. I went in the store and geek squad said they fixed a couple of things and now its good as new wrapped in bubble plastic. When I reached home and opened the package not only was the problem still there but they added so much scratches on the metallic finish of the camera. So a week later I went back in and was given the same choices after telling them I had the same problems. This time I said I will exchange it for another one. The employee said it was out of stock and gave me store credit on a bb gift card. But when I went back to the camera department, guess what?... there was the same model brand new in box just staring at me

I had a great experience at this store tonight. We bought a Samsung TV (Cyber Monday Special) in Pennsylvania and it didnt work. I called this store and spoke with a woman named Sherry (she was awesome and even talked to the manager for me.) When I showed up, they were all out of the tvs and couldnt get any more of the TV I wanted. They did right by me and gave me a discount on a TV that wasnt even on sale so I could keep the same savings. I also had to return an Ipod and it had been back multiple times (like 4 or 5) and they gave me a new one. I dont know why people are saying the managers are rude. I thought this manager Mike was awesome. He was all about the customer.

My significant other bought us fit bits. The one he chose for me was not the one I wanted so we went to the store to change it and get help with using it and pairing it with our phones etc. Long story short the young man that helped us(his name is Chris,wish I knew his last name) was outstanding,had tremendous patience,knew his product and was so polite,rare in young people today. In fact ,my husband tried to give him a tip which he emphatically refused again rare today. I did tell his manager and I hope he is recognized for his performance. I find Best Buy a good store,with good prices and that GEEK SQUAD is to die for!!!!!

Beware of the Laptop section, staff doesnt know very much about the products and I was sold not once, but twice, laptops that both did not support windows ink after specifically asking if they did. Luckily on my third trip back to the store to return my second non-windows ink compatible laptop, I brought my own bamboo ink stylus with me and was able to test it out myself. In the very least the staff was kind to me, just need some extra product training.

This store was an absolute disaster. The video game selection was by far the saddest thing I have ever seen. I asked an associate if they had a certain game and without hesitation he told me they were sold out and they did not know when they were getting more in. As I walk to the front register I see the game, along with 6 others, sitting there for purchase. The staff was incompetent, and clearly cant do their job successfully.
